"The City Group, which is spearheaded by Manchester City, owns 11 clubs around the world, with 2019 J-League champions and Postecoglou’s former side, Yokohama F. Marinos, being one of the clubs that the group have a minority share in (via City Football Group)."

There are some links between Ange and City Group, which most of us has known, but really makes me think that if Ange is as highly rated as mentioned by City Group - I really wouldn't mind the new position Munn is taking up, an aligned DoF (if FP does leave), and Ange shaping up our football side ladder.

It would mean that we have an alignment from CEO down to Manager at the snap of a finger. As meh/shady as City Group is, you can't argue with their success, esp. at signing some great young players.

Im not so sure on Ange myself.
I’m sure Munn could work with other managers and I’d certainly hope we’re further down the line with our managerial target than waiting for Munn to come in and change it.

As nice as a bloke Ange might be plus our hunger for attacking football making us desperate for anyone positive, we should be very careful here.
Ange is 58 years old and he’s never managed in a top league and his biggest club is Celtic.

Im definitely not as convinced as some of you that it’ll be Ange.

You'd imagine if Munn is coming in, he's been involved.

Just saw something saying that Celtic are looking at losing some of their top players this summer. Would make sense for Postecoglou to be also looking for the next step if he's going to see all his hard work undone.

I can't say I know anything near enough about him. My only issue with appointing another coach from the City Group/Pep school of football is that we are just following the meta. It's a personal preference of mine not to just follow what everyone else is doing which is why I kind of like the look of Gallardo or Slot more than Ange. Not saying he wouldn't have us playing good, effective football.
