Was sat in front of a tosspot once, he was absolutely obsessed with going backwards and 'starting again'.

'Calm down lads, go back, start again'.

'Thats it, start again'.

'Dont rush it boys, if in doubt start again'.

'Go back, start again'.

'No JJ, just start again.'

It was a boring 0-0 draw which made him even more intolerable.

Was it AVB??

Sit in block 35 a few rows in front of me row 4/5 there is a real moron who literally can just about string a sentence in English together. Nearly every word which comes out of his mouth is a swear word. Surprised nothing has been done about him as over the years have seen people have ago at him on numerous occasions and stewards having words with him. From what I have heard he is actually banned by the club but some how still gets in every week.

I did enjoy the bloke behind me going "bloody Eriksen, every bloody corner he takes, he can't beat the fucking first man, fucking useless, get him off" as Eriksen trotted up to take the corner that Dier promptly headed in.

Ive said similar. Ill be the one moaning about the fact our club cant take corners and my brother will be the one reminding me of occasions we do.

Enjoy.

I was in the the south upper vs united when Sandro scored that belter. There was some mug sitting a few rows in front swearing non stop. F'ing this and f'ing that you f'ing C. He called one player an F'ing C for the umpteenth time and a woman behind said something (no idea what) and he launched into a full bloodied tirade against her. F off you f'ing C. F'ing women blah blah blah.

I'm sure she just said "I actually agree he is a C" and he looked shocked.
People like him have no place in public situations. I'm no shrieking violet but there is definitely a time and place for that sort of language and public places are not the ones.

I often feel a football stadium is just a hang out for horrible nasty bits of work to go and be horrible nasty bits of work.

I often feel embarrassed when you see enraged angry morons on TV, faces contorted with absolute rage shaking their fists and visibly swearing.
There's no walk of life where this is acceptable human behaviour short of a public execution.

There was a game last season (possibly the Stoke loss) when a guy a few rows in front of me was constantly slagging off Townsend. He came over to take a throw or a corner and this bloke started laying into him loudly enough that Andros must have heard. Now, I'm not Andros' biggest fan but I'd had enough at that point and "politely" informed this numpty that his constant abuse was probably not helping the situation and that he should perhaps consider supporting our players. I got a few nods of agreement but then one of the regulars behind me piped up with "he is shit though". It was quite funny.

I was at the West Ham match and this bloke next to me started singing. I couldn't believe it. It ruined my recording of the match and put me right off my Chardonnay. I say ban all these people who look a bit dodgy ( you know the rowdy ones ) so it can be a nice quiet atmosphere with some light clapping.

On a slightly off topic note, Xabi Alonso scored an absolute screamer for Munich (to go 1-0 up) the other day and when the camera panned to the fans the majority of them were lightly clapping and/or laughing. The day that a goal stops really meaning anything must be the day supporting your team becomes boring. Obviously you could argue that some of our performances in recent years have been boring but that's a whole different can of worms I won't open ;)

Years ago when we had Gomes in goal one of our 'supporters' berated him from the second he came out for the warm up:

"Gomes you're shit!"
"Gomes fuck off!"
"Gomes you're a ****!"

This went on for the whole game. As he stood up to leave I noticed his girlfriend was wearing a Gomes Keeper Shirt...
