I'd be amazed if Sandro plays (for Spurs ever again).

Yeh it just makes me sad that is all. When he is fit and on form he is a difference maker and was consistently one of our better and more impactful performers. I'm sure someone will step up this year though and I look forward to seeing it happen.

I hope Sandro returns to full fitness; agree with above that he was consistently important when he was fit.

However lets not lose sight at what matters against QPR: we need to attack convincingly and score. So in my mind who we deploy and how we position in the final 3rd of the pitch matters more than defence for this game.

I think we need to play two strikers all this one CF up top with some fancy AM behind just doesn't work for us , just play two strikers who will want to score but will put in a defensive shift for the team. I don't see any real number 10's in our squad anyway.

I'm going to the lane for this one. Hopefully it's a more positive vibe than the constant snipeing and whinging I've witnessed in recent visits. I won't hold my breath though...

I really think Kane deserves to get some minutes, he looks dangerous every time he plays. If we could accommodate Kane, Eriksen and Lamela in behind Ade/Soldado then we have so many goal-scorers in the front 4 (unlike last season!)

First in my life I have ever had any type of tax refund. Not much but I will put 50 GBP (half of it) in the SC coffers if we beat QPR by three clear goals. Any other takers? (There was no point making a new thread for this so thought I would stick it here).

We can always switch between a 4-4-2 and a 4-2-3-1.
In reality this would mean either swapping a striker for an AM, or pushing an AM into a striker.
I think the former would involve Kane whereas the later would involve Lamela/Chadli right at the top or as a 2nd striker.

I think you and I both know your money is safe :)
