Struggle to believe this 4 minutes story. I'd imagine the premier league must have abit of grace built into that 11 pm deadline (say half an hour to an hour) for teams to get the paper work in etc.

The worst thing was believing we had Moutinho for so much of the day from the moment we'd seen a fee had been agreed, feels like a real kick in the bollocks that we don't have him now.

I'm glad we have striker cover, but a shame that we didn't get a Modric replacement and still no fucking cover on the wings.

Its the hope that bends us over a barrel everytime. I think us, as spurs fans, are sodomised in this regard like no other fan.

What's the definition of madness again? When you keep doing the same thing over and over, but expect a different result, or some w@nk like that.

I'm a massive Levy fan generally...but I thought one of the ITK's said VDV couldn't leave till we signed Moutinho?

If this was a house chain and Levy was your estate agent we would be homeless.

Nothing 100% official. Story has it he is with Porto team in and squad for game today and this was the case even when it all looked good.

Spot on. I kept telling myself we had sold Rafa to seal the way for Mourinho. Gutted Rafa is gone.

Seriously - people hating on dempsey need to get a grip. His goal scoring record at fulham over the past two years is mad for someone who has only arguably played up front for half that time. Also I love VDV but for a player the same age as dempsey he has definitely used up more mileage in his career and who knows his legs might have been about to go the same way as keane's.
