According to the Mirror, Niang has signed for Everton for £2m
I saw that, but is The Mirror reliable? I fantastic bargain for Everton if it is true. It would be a no brainer for us if we could get him for that. Think about the future strikers.
Souleymane Coulibaly and M'Baye Niang! WOW!!

Soul M' Bang as our strikeforce? Excellent, but I do think Niang has gone to Everton :(

I think we probably have deals in place to sign Dembele and another midfielder & are just waiting to see if the Porto chairman gets a little more flexible next week.

Whats happening with Llorente, as it now appears he is not going to Juventus and he is taking alot of stick from Bilboa supporters, he must be going somewhere? Have we had any recent ITK on him it seems to of gone quiet.

No way, we'd be crazy not to have taken a punt on him at that fee! I thought Caen were asking for closer to £6?
I agree. There was nothing on the official Everton site a few minutes ago and it is not on BBC yet, so maybe there is still hope, although there were a lot of reports of a season long loan to AC Milan as well yesterday. I have to say, the guy in the photo yesterday did look like it could be him

Not a hope we will sign mountino now too late
Depends how much has been done on this already. If the reports that Moutinho wants to come are true, he must have some idea of the deal on offer. If a price is agreed , things could move quickly - it's not as if we are starting this from scratch. If we can complete Rafa on the last day we must still have a chance with Moutinho at this point

Hope your right cos I feel this an important signing to replace modric and show our intent for the coming season - it actually will prob help avb also to have a player that clearly believes in him

He is reportedly back in training with Bilbao reserves. Random rumors liking to City, Chelsea, us, and scum. Would be gutting to see him at Arsenal...

The Mail are reporting it as well now, but say that he has still to agree personal terms. The odd thing is that the Mail says the Gooners lost out because they only wanted to pay a fraction of the fee up front - given that the fee is quoted as only £2m , that doesn't sound very plausible

Not a chance will we be getting Moutinho on deadline day, just can not see us rushing through a deal that wil break our transfer record. We have seriously messed up transfer strategies in place.

Is their relationship rocky?

Very worried about JJ's tweet regarding Moutinho:

"deadine day special 'IF' it happens"

So potentially we could sell Modric and not secure his replacement. Or scramble around on the last day of the window making bids for random central midfielders. This concerns me greatly.

You need to read on a bit, his later tweet says that if this doesn't happen we have it covered, so i would assume there is another player(s) in the mix if we can't get Moutinho, but the Mouts is our first choice.
