Did he watch Arsenal's second goal v Palace on Friday night?
PricksRAWK
- Hope one of the Southampton players superkicks Conte.
- Wandered into the TV room and see Spurs trailing already. :lmao
- Not a good start by title chasers Spurs , still expect a 4-1 here .
- A few dives going in by the Spurs lads.
- Surely not?
- It is good to see Tottenham are still leaking goals
- Saints started off well but got battered towards the end of that half.
- 4-1 spurs and over
- we'll be treated to the Spurs hype train.
- The Spurs hype train is quite fun, because you know it's going off a cliff eventually
- It’s looking more and more like a North London battle for the title and us trying to pick up the scraps
- Really looking like we’ll be challenging Leeds and Bournemouth for top 10. North London looking on fire, while Newcastle cruising to Europe.
Not bitter at all that we ruined their title chances are they? They should be thankful as we kept them in it by doing the double over City..RAWK

I’m sorry Saka is not “ exceptional “ he’s a good player that’s it. He has very few wow moments. Kulusevski probably had more wow moments in one game yesterday than I’ve seen Saka have over numerous games. He has only stood out because Arsenal have been a very average team. Obviously he’s still young and may go on to improve. But currently I’d say he will have a very similar career to Walcott. I don’t see him as a real top tier player. If Arteta is so convinced why did they want Raphina.
England is full of people who sadly have pretty grim lives during the week, and then go all-out at the weekend. The number of people who seem genuinely happy is staggeringly low, especially among the demographics who come to games. It's a long term, worsening crisis of mental health and general well-being, not alcohol per se. I don't think it's remotely unreasonable to want a half-time beer, just a shame the service is still so slow.Because England is full of people with drink problems, seriously.
It’s ok Kane will leave soon, just like they said 7 years agoSo many coping mechanisms going on.
It's the type of comment dipshit teenagers use. Not fully grown adults. Is there anything that screams virgin more than using the phrase ‘Conte-sexuals’?
Dipshit teenagers & Arsenal fan = same mentalityIt's the type of comment dipshit teenagers use. Not fully grown adults.

I wouldn’t have sent Sessegnon off, but I think if Marriner shows a red card on the field, VAR doesn’t overturn it.Good job you aren’t the VAR
Arsenal Mania
Player profile section, Erik Lamela...
- Teams shouldn't play into their hands. Even we did the same last season and suffered. They struggle to break down teams. And destroy high line defense because he basically has them park the bus. I hope enough teams learnt the lesson.
- So long as they cant deal with that, will teams continue to replicate these tactics against them and stop them in their tracks.
- Had we sat back at their ****hole, they would have been exposed as the frauds they are without the ball.
- They will have stepped up once Conte has them pressing higher up the pitch, looking to win the ball in advanced areas. To be fair to them, I've seen bits of that from them in pre-season. But for the most part they are still a counter attacking, reactionary team... and that makes me dismiss them.
- today marks the exact point that Spurs’ last league title in 1961 is as close to December 31 1899 as it is to now
- They’ll be battering Arsenal next season, mark my words. (Arsenal fan who's usually pretty fair about Spurs)
- This year marks the return of St Totteringham's Day.
- Given the spend since Arteta, it'd better be.
- Good grief do I ****ing despise these ****s.
- Can’t wait for us to slap these trophy dodgers. When Kane ****s off to Bayern next summer they can put their top 4 finishes in their crusty trophy cabinet along with a DVD to boot as they will be back to midtable mediocrity.
- Come October, we'll remind them of their place in the grand scheme of things for the umpteenth time
- see they are in the market for Zaniolo, and were in for Maddison/Paqueta before. Seems Conte wants to give them further dynamicism for those deep blocks. They were rendered toothless against Roma recently when Mourinho completely shut them out.Currently, that is the way to beat Sp**s, they still dont have an answer if they arent allowed to counter attack. And if they dont address this, they will not be in a title hunt, nor the best of the rest outside of City and Liverpool. The funny thing is, their fans and many footy watchers, think that being a strong counter attacking team makes you one of the best teams. Dangerous yes, but if that's your main game.... then Im sorry, you are not a top top team.
- have to say, even if we continue the form into the season I'd still consider them favourites when we meet them. With Conte, Son and Kane they are the biggest bane currently for pressing teams. That said they also won't do as well overall as others expect them to.
- For all you Conte-sexuals on A-M. Here is the latest podcast from the Totally Football Show with James Richardson. They have Sp**s finishing 3rd and are totally on the Conte train! Lap it up boys!

- I really don't get why pundits and opposition fans rate Sp**s that highly. Listening to some in their season predictions you'd think they'd end up just behind City and Liverpool in points. They had an ok window and a meh pre-season (at best). I'm not disputing the they will be strong Top 4 candidates with Conte leading them, but I don't fully get where the hype comes from.
- From the official Arsenal v Sevilla Emirates Cup match programme...
"A familiar face to Arsenal fans, Lamela spent 8 seasons as a Sp**s' player...His last game at The Emirates featured a remarkable rabona goal (which was later voted FIFA goal of the year) but also a red card in a 2-1 defeat for his team...now 30, the left footer has yet to win a trophy in his career"? ??
- love the fact that even our match program shows contempt towards Sp**s  His adjustment should be seamless seeing as, now that Emery's no longer there, Sevilla are likely to remain trophyless.
Just such painful reading. It’s delusion at its finest. We played some lovely stuff and unlike them we controlled the game fully. Now they say they wouldn’t even take Kane my god.Arsemania:
Despite that I've constantly been told how amazing Sp*rs transfer window has been and how it's gonna raise them to another level they haven't started a single one of their new signings
Didn't people banter us at the start of last season with "How do you spend 100m without improving your first team"?
Looking at Sp**s starting 11 they have 3 cbs ( Dier, Davies, Romero) and two wing backs ( Royal and Sessegnon). Not single one of them would come close to starting for us, how the hell did they finish above us?
This team is totally average, and Conte won't change that.
Front three is good but the rest are painfully mid.
Big teams look to control matches, always.
That team finished above us.
I would take Son though, but i think overall we have the better squad.
Kane, Son and Romero walk into our team mate. even Kulusevski. Stop overrating our players.
Romero starts where ahead of Gabriel? No Saliba? No White? Maybe Let him play in back 4 first And Saka is miles ahead of kulu. Only son and Kane that's about it because our team lack that.
Romero wouldn't start over Saliba, Gabriel or Ben White. Red card waiting to happen
Kane nearing 30, frustrated that he is still stuck at Sp**s and hasn't won a single thing in his career. Can see Jesus having a better season than him.
Sp**s team is not class but Conte get players that suit his style. It's not hard to figure that out.
The footballing guru - SA_Gunner - see Sp**s are pushing up and pressing higher. That's good from Conte. You cant be a title challenger without doing that these days.
SA_Gunner - Southampton up. Now sit back and lets see what our "title contenders" can do.
Here you go title contenders
Lol these ****s cant even keep a cleansheet for more than 20 mins and they were sayin they werent worried about us based on yesterdays performance. Mugs!
1-1
Everything good from Sp**s comes from Kulesevski. He really is insanely good, his movement is just elite. Saka could learn a lot from him.
Kulu would have been the perfect RW for us, especially as Gunenr Fan. Shame he hasn't waited some months
2-1
Well, that was short-lived, not suppried though. Spuds won't loose this (sadly)
How can you guys watch Sp**s vs opposition they usually beat while at home? Their football is crap and the hope of watching them lose vs the reality of them winning easily isn't worth it.
SA_Gunner - Of course I want them to lose, but I also watch to see what makes Conte an elite manager there. Spoiler alert... there is nothing. He has brought in some more agressive pressing when wanting to get the advantage, but other than that... he has them playing like a small team.
Pretty quick comeback from the title contenders, I wonder if our current version can finally do something like that.
SA_Gunner - Their football is rubbish dude, you wont win a title or get close to the top four sitting back against small teams and relying on set pieces alone.
Sp**s are such a boring team.
Just got in, apparently Sp**s are playing like prime Barca?
Give them title already. It's over.
Sp**s top of the table and will likely end the week there I guess.
Unbelievable no card for that, Romero tackle
I got use to it with Sp**s the way they get away with many things is unbelievable. Surprised Kane didn't have his usual penalty today
Damn Sp**s got a lot of options, their squad looks pretty strong now
Man we really fumbled not getting Kulusevski in winter. The guy would add competition to Saka plus can play CF plus carried Sp**s to top 4 and now again unplayable.
Kulusevski is always been good player but if we bought him we'd play him LW not sure he'd he successful there his best position is RW since parma days and no way you drop generational talent as saka. He chose the right team and system imo.
SA_Gunner went silent after the 3rd goal went in and never returned.

Interesting article in yesterday's Telegraph explaining why their confidence might be a bit brittle... https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...y-fatal-flaws-manchester-citys-title-defence/I like City fans trying to act calm and say we might get top 4. I think they are as worried as we are excited: it’s fragile at the moment, but after 10 games it could become a bit more real…
Nothing confirmed this to me more than being a bus driver in my early 20’s. The amount of dickheads that would fall asleep on my bus and I’d have to carry them off at the last stop when I realised was ridiculous
Eh, not sure we're to blame for that tbh. Think it's just natural that as a big club who've come close without quite grasping success we're an easy target. Arsenal had the same thing during their barren spell, and I'm sure it'll swing back to them and/or United after Conte leads us to a cup or two!Yep. Reading this thread and it is no surprise that we are the most abused team online.
That’s a stretch. I think Kulu is more consistent but I’ve seen Saka destroy teams on his day. I prefer Kulu but Saka was unplayable at times before he burnt out last seasonI mean there's so many things wrong with what the Arse fans said but Saka miles ahead of Kulu? I've absolutely never seen Saka play as well as Kulu today, not even close.
