we haven't lost to sp*rs at home in 12 years. and no, we didn't lose the CL place at their place, we lost it against southampton at home......LOLOLOLOLOL
Even that's wrong lol.

They were still ahead of us after the derby and could've saved it away at Newcastle. That's where they fucked it.

Now you can argue Saints at home is an easier game and all that, but it was the Newcastle game that sealed it.

The guy on Arsemania saying "we are strong at home"?
They've played three league games at home, 2-1 against Villa, 2-1 against Fulham and 4-2 against Leicester so I'm not sure that confirms they're strong at home even if they did win them. :)

Harry Kane's cupboard.

Is it hot?

Or is it not?

The Frankfurt fans can't agree.

And, were it hot, would it bibble?

Who knows.

Apparently, we bibbled in the second half, but I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. At least, we didn't bibbern.

Brighton fans don't seem confident.

If we don't fall for the antics of Kane and the childness of Richarlison, I'll be happy for a draw.
I'll worry for us if Moises can't play. With Mwepu out too, not sure who would fill in.
3 points incoming. Taking a draw is for wimps
Reality has to catch up with us sometime and I have a feeling it will be today. Spurs won down here before and they have the players to do us harm. Much as I would like to see a win, I will be delighted if we don’t lose.
It will be interesting if Bissouma comes on……
I’m concerned that I’ll get cold at the Amex tonight. At the start of the season I was in sunnier climes and wore shorts and a t-shirt to watch our opening win at Old Trafford on TV. I wore the exact same shorts and t-shirt (and underwear if you’re interested) for the next 2 games and consequently decided this must be my lucky football uniform.

So when I returned home from holiday, I continued to wear the exact same outfit every time we played. I forgot to do so for the Fulham game, hence reinforcing my opinion that this is, indeed, a lucky outfit.

Therefore, I feel compelled to wear the same shorts and t-shirt (and underwear) to the game later today. I’m almost hoping that we lose so I can discontinue this ridiculous farce, but on the other hand, I’m happy to risk hypothermia through the win

Some differences of opinion on the Brighton forum.

Some think they were unlucky. Others think Conte played them to perfection.

One thing they did agree on, though...

Was on the Everton forum. They dont rate us at all, think we play awful football and only have a good front 3 and they don't rate any other player we have weirdly. I hope we spank them badly and bring them back down to earth

Let Frankie come and play open attacking football and they'll get their arses handed to them on a plate

That wasn't the Everton forum. That was last night's match thread.

Everton don’t rate us yet we have double the points they have, double the goals and are 3rd compared to their 12th, an odd set of fans.

Hopefully Richarlison bags a hat trick against them and they whine all the way home

Grand Old Team
  • Euro hangover please spuds
  • You just know Richarlison is going to score 4.
  • This is my fear and then cap it off with a knee slide celebration before kissing the Spurs badge
  • They are going to bum us silly. Lucky if we get a goal, and I see they scoring at least two or three. I'll go 3-0, a goal for whichever of the three world class strikers they decide to start the game with.
  • Really can't see us getting anything from this game as we fold against these lot. Can't help feel like Richy will score as well to add salt to injury. 3-1 Spurs.
  • I don't see us getting anything from this game other than a good thrashing. 4-0
  • Will this be the first match of the season in which an Everton match is decided by more than a single goal? I say no, it won't.
    Spurs 2 - 1 Everton
  • Last season's walloping here was a real low point. Think it was the one where Lampard questioned the players' cojones afterwards. Please do better, Everton.
  • 4-0
  • Tight game but they'll edge it.
  • I would love a really horrible 0-0 with us going 5-4-1 and battling for everything. However I can still only see one result and that’s a Spurs win.
  • Son and Kane on fire, we struggle to score, 3 nil loss.
  • Spurs will knock at least 3 past us
  • Shouldn't be 5-0 this time at least. 2-1 loss.
  • 3-0 them. No answer to Son, Kane, and Richarlison

What forum? They aren't too optimistic in the match day thread on Grand Old Team... 1 in 39 replies think they'll win, one draw, and the rest all think they'll get a hiding.
