Who's the most underrated player in our squad?

Agree about Lamela, he is overrated by some on here, not sure why as he hasn't done a great deal since he has joined so far.

Exactly why he's underrated.
It's not about scoring worldies every week.
It's what he brings to the team and you don't see it.
Pochs perfect player, works his ass off every game and implements the press consistently.
Yes a few more goals please, but he is out most creative player.

By other fans it's obviously Rose/Chadli.

I'm purely talking which player is viewed as much worse than they actually are, not about what any of them have achieved.

Chadli.

The fact that he just scored 13 goals and 5 assists in the wing and there's even a debate on whether he's starter level or not just proves it.

Most clubs don't even get that much from their starting strikers let alone their wingers (of which he's one of the most productive in the league).

Rose for me. Whilst our fans seem to be coming around, when he was called up to one of the recent England squads the backlash from other fans was quite astounding to me. He is clearly not rated by many other fans.

Vorm is a good shout. Swansea fan I know really rated him as did we before he joined. A couple of mistakes and being a sub he hasn't had a chance to put it right.

Lamela is a difficult one to gauge as opinions on him vary so much.

Townsend is very frustrating and doesn't appear to be improving and as a result people's view on him is a bit too negative.
