It's difficult to believe anything in the papers this time of year, and I'd be suprised if there was much truth in this one. However for Harry coming here from Portsmouth it must be natural for him to compare us to the team he had there last year. Whilst we have some quality and for sure some players who he must rate highly, there must be a point where he looks at our midfield and thinks that something isn't right. Last year he had a central midfield of Muntari and Diarra. One is now playing at Inter and the other at Real Madrid and to be honest our central midfield is miles away from that kind of quality.
It's hard to argue though that we don't play better as a team when Jenas is in the side, whatever you think of him as an individual. For that reason alone I think Harry will see him as an important part of the squad. Unless someone comes in with a very big offer for him I don't see Harry letting him go.
