What an annoying shit team Swansea is.. but they absolutely got their tactics spot on and were disciplined through the whole match. We were utter shit.

So much time around their box, and so little created. It'll be like that against all the 'lesser' teams at home unless we wise up.

What pissed me off the most was Poch taking Son off instead off Alli. Soon looked like he was determined to score. Alli cannot be an untouchable.

We have no one who picks up the ball and runs and beats opponent. City, United and Chelsea have this we don't and when teams cone and park the bus we have no way to break them down

Missed Dembele. He almost always draws a second player in to try to tackle him which creates space. Without him we were just passing it around to players who had nowhere to go. Fair play to Swansea. They came to shut up shop and we couldn't break them down.

I don't blame the players. This is another one on poch. Totally unnecessary. Causing his own problems. Not learning a vital , simple lesson.
what u blaming mate? Son at lwb and sissoko? The latter I would agree with but I think.poch was right to give Davies a rest

That was horseshit from before kick off til the end. Poch trying to be too clever by half in dropping Davies and trying to fit too many square pegs in round holes. One paced, standing still, AVB footy for 95 mins. Swansea never really had to do anything other than stay disciplined. Really turgid stuff.

The evidence is mounting that we won't be competitive at the very top end at Wembley.

From the start we never looked like winning this game huffed and puffed but no quality in the final third very very poor again at home.

Embarrassing- every team now knows how to stop us winning at Wembley. What the fuck was Trippier doing playing LW when he had to keep cutting inside and making the angles easier for the Swansea defence? Alli was dreadful- if Poch doesn't sub him when he's shit, he's never going to learn beyond what he already knows.
Don't get playing Sissoko in home games; it's like having a kick about with a mate who's shit at football but you have to involve him because he's there and you don't want to piss him off: except they're professionals and not mates, which pisses me off even more

Complacency from Poch.

This was like Sunderland of last season.

These games were what cost us the title for the last two season IMVHO.

Robbed by the ref. Definite penalty at the end. Actually we were bloody awful, so slow, looked completely devoid of ideas against the packed defence. we deserved a point at best.

I can understand rotating players, and it's something Poch needs to get more used to, but that was shambolic management. To start the second half with Trippier at LB (which basically stopped any threat we had on that flank) and Sissoko at RB(!?!?) was the worst management decision Poch has ever made. Maybe in emergencies but not when we've got Davies and Aurier on the bench. He should have hauled Sissoko off at half time and I cannot see how he even makes the bench in future. Why is Onomah out on loan when Sissoko is starting for us?

We didn't get the breaks against a team that literally played for 1 point. That was the most negative parked bus I've seen. They didn't even try to counter attack. In a game like that sometimes you need a bit of luck or a quality shot to go in. Just didn't happen for us today. We got no luck - even a clear penalty wasn't given, the ball didn't bounce our way and our precision wasn't enough.

As for Swansea. If they play like that again they can fuck off back to the championship as far as I'm concerned...

Disappointed in Alli at the moment, I really really really hope all this agent chat isn't filling his head..

Son didn't play LWB... Vertonghen played LB in a back four in the first half and then shifted Trippier to LWB and Vertonghen to a LCB when we played a back three in the second half.
