Gil isn't a right sided winger.

When we signed him, it was well noted he was better on the left because when he cuts inside he lacks the power and physicality to get past defenders.

However, he's quite effective in the hole as he can play in tight spaces, doesn't need to power past players and can instead just link the flanks. Intricate passer too
