We’re already struggling to score goals lately as it is, I just don’t see the need to play TWO fall backs.
Really hope PP can be a regular soon, especially given the lengths we went to, to get the deal done.

I reckon he's been parked there to counter Bowen. You can expect Davies to get a least one yellow card, but if he successfully stifles Bowen, he will cut off what has been West Ham's main line of supply.

Emerson has been fine last 2 games and was very good against City. I think he deserves to start and throwing Porro into a London derby would be a bad idea imo.

I know it's a well trodden debate but the lack of pace in our side is frightening. Richarlison is the only non-snail in that side. That's why porro would be a guaranteed starter for me today despite royal being in good form.
