If we can add another player to help break down the bus parkers like a Gotze or similar that will be a hell of a window.

Exactly where I see the priority now too. I still can see us struggling to break down a parked bus.

I see us going 1 of 2 ways,

1) Bring in someone who can produce a bit of magic and beat 2-3 players to create the required space.

2) The other option that works well against a parked bus is delivering good crosses into the box for a target man option like benteke/pelle/andy carroll. Eriksen is about the only player we have who can consistently deliver decent crosses and we don't have the monster type target man.

Option 1 seems the more likely for us, whilst I have major doubts about the Gotze rumours he would fit that option perfectly. If not him then someone of that nature who is direct and has that technical ability to create space in tight areas.

Trippier would like to have a word with you.

The numbers not having heard of the 4+2 Levy staple are shocking to me. Have some of you only become Spurs fans in the past year? Haha.

No don't agree on your 4+2 assumption. Sure i so that Wanyama was announced on a 5yr deal. Merely intrigued why we would announce this differently.considering the price we paid.

Could be you never know how a player will adapt to the PL so they'd rather have only 4 years in case they need to sell.

Wanyama has PL experience.

Jaaaaanssen, lovely Jaaaanssen
You know we think you're a dream
Because you always know just what to do
And you always turn the goods out, always then the good out
We can depend upon you

Pleased to get a striker early in the window, my concern is that he is too similar to Kane, when we play teams that park the bus it could be a problem. Another concern is that Poch will pull a Wimmer and just promote Kane over him even when he does well .

I hope he does play players on merit rather than name but I think unless they player exceptionally well he won't.

He seems to trust the more experienced players more.
