    Succession planning is one thing, but if you bring in someone to be the next generation, you have to give them game time in order to improve / mature. In this high stakes world, its likely they never got much of a run on the team in order to make that step up.

    There were rumours about Juve sniffing round Romero (not ITK) I would be happy with Rom out and Tappy and VDV in. I like Romero, but dont like how many games he misses and worry about how many cards he will get playing in a high line.
