Anyone else see Match of the Day on Saturday night - Adebayor's interview after the match.

Please tell me I imagined that he almost said he still loves Arsenal. He was trying to explain he had good times there and finished by saying 'I still love lov.......' and seemed to stop himself quickly when he realised what he was saying.

Both of our goalscorers on Saturday were Woolwich-related; one played for them & one supports them, no big deal, though i do worry about JD's form when the Woolwich slump to mid table for Christmas

Nah, kidding, it's no big deal at all. Maybe a few years ago, when players still came from local areas, or were with the club for 10+ years at a time, it might've been a bit more of a bummer, but now i doubt you'll find many players playing for the team they actually support.
