When do you think we will turn to 4-3-3?

I actually dont hate the new home shirt

If he starts the season as he played in the second half last term then I struggle to pick a better captain than Adebayor!

I dont rate any of our defenders

Our atmosphere at the Lane will hold us back more than the lack of commitment from our players.

I was soo impressed with a recent stadium tour of the Santiago Bernabeu that Ive now cancelled my plans for a White Hart Lane tour for fear of severe disappointment (Ive already done the free one you get when a new shirt is released)
Yep, I was wrong about Adebayor. Even Pochettino making the same mistake is no silver lining!
I don't think I said it on here either, but I always felt Kane would never make it with us. Fair play to him for shoving that opinion back up my arse where it belongs

I have one pent up frustration worthy of amnesty it is that I find a large proportion (near 80%) of fans on matchdays are complete wankers and i can't stand them - they give it all the "big 'un" in the pubs before and after but they are as quiet as meece and dull as dishwater in the stadium.

Even worse is when these ****s boo the team. I don't mind a bit of banter but booing is just the shittiest thing to hear in front of away fans.

So towards all those 80% that I can't stand; "Put the fucking beer/prawn sandwich down and lift the team up!"

The rest of you carry on as normal.

Unfortunately, it seems not a lot of stadium attendees have a full set of knowledge regarding the team. In the summer, when Ceballos was given a run out, I heard countless 'blokes' saying "what did the say? Sebayos? who's that?".

People seem to treat football matches like films at the cinema - they want to be entertained, not necessarily support a team.

Adebayor will fire us into the Champions League. The sit down Arsenal song is shit. As a club we have shit songs. Crystal Palace fans put us to shame and we should do more. Keane wasn't that good if we're honest. I admire Liverpool as a club, the passion and sense of history they have. We lost out with the Olympic Stadium and as a result we'll suffer.

God, I hope that's not an unpopular opinion.

I think it's pretty apparent that British talent seems to have figured out how to play its own style within the modern game. The technical ability of the young kids coming through has been extremely impressive to watch over the last year in particular. IMO, they've even turned it around faster than I think many expected.

Probably a less unpopular opinion than it would have been eighteen months ago when we signed the magnificent seven...

We haven't turned anything around- and in fact we're exactly where we would be were Sherwood managing us (if not worse).

Our home support actually embarrasses me it's so bad. It's all so joyless and sullen. Oh- and ugly; the men look like warm dogshit and the birds are mostly old, fat sausage casings.

Jack Wilshire would add the much needed backbone we need in midfield.

Donki...there's unpopular opinions and then there's lynchworthy opinions!!! I know we aren't meant to pull people up on their opinions in this thread, but fuck me! Seriously....fuck....me!

Despite us having reached quite far, the chances of actually winning COC are still on the slim side IMO. I wouldn't risk fielding our 4-5 most important players (inc. Lloris) vs. Sheffield United.

I still think that we have a squad good enough to get us into CL without further acquisitions

I still have a horrible feeling that Kane might be having one of those seasons like Ramsey last year or Marcus Stewart, and not be the football messiah we all hope he will be

I'm not trying to argue you with as it would contradict the very purpose of this thread, but I'm genuinely intrigued as to your rationale, especially since we've surrendered more and more points to lower sides progressively over the last four years.
