Who did he write off and with perspective was he wrong?

The one that stands out was Kaboul. I remember him basically saying Kaboul was shit. Said he wasn't a defender and has no bravery. A couple of minutes later Kaboul had to be bandaged up for getting a kick in the head when going low for a header. Kaboul had one great season for us before his injury troubles and I guess maybe some would say Sherwood was right.

And may I add, that was in Kaboul's first pre-season for us. The comments were during a game in South Africa where we wore a yellow kit and kaboul hit the bar with a free kick. So if his judgements are still that quick, I can only pray for Lamela and co.

Don't bother with them. I remember from the Summer that you were one of the people that came out with credibility. Laudrup is the one I want- new gaffer has to have PL experience IMO

I would be stunned if levy made a short term appointment to the summer. After spending 110m, he won't give up on champs league that easily.

Any appointment will be a permanent one. An interim coach is just giving up in my opinion.

But I like Sherwood. I've always thought he comes across quite well regardless of what he does behind the scenes. Rumours were he didn't rate AVB within 2 months of working with him and ultimately he wasnt wrong.

If its the same one I saw, its old. Take a closer look at chest of the jacket Capello is wearing, it has an embroidered England logo on the right and an Umbro logo on the left.
