4 games a season. I live in Glasgow and had a season ticket at Rangers when I was 12-16 and the atmosphere there is worlds apart. I'm always so excited to get down to Landan to see a game then it just feels like a waste of time. The moaning and groaning seriously pisses me off, and the atmosphere is so dull.

Try Celtic ...the best atmosphere in the world.

Right, then if you're bundelling me in with 'horrendous' then I'd prefer it if you fucked off.

We haven't all had 8 cans of Tenants Superstrength by 9am down here on match days.

What you on about? Drinking is banned in Scottish stadia, and most people I know don't even go to the pub before they go. We just like to actually show support for our teams ;)

They don't need to, cornflakes and special brew is a typical jock breakfast ;)

Who said anything about having to go to the pub...?

Do we want to be the team that plays entertaining football for the neutral and lose games 4-3, or do we want to be the team that is more successful and edges games 1-0?

United have played average football for the last 10-15 years yet look at the amount they've won. Give me 1-0's and success any day.

That is probably one of the most mental things I've ever read on this forum..... and I've been in the Conspiracy Theories thread in Chat.

So you think United have played the most entertaining, attacking football in recent years?

So what you're saying is there are only two types of football meaning either United have played average football for the last 10-15 years, or United have played the most entertaining, attacking football in recent years?

The couple of seasons where they had Ronaldo, Tevez and Rooney all firing they were definitely up there with the very best in entertainment as well as grinding.

Utd have played entertaining football ever since I can remember. They are successful because they also do the ugly side of the game and have an incredible desire, hunger and work rate.

The fact that they have combined the two is quite rare and one of the reasons why they are such a worldwide brand.

Just because Arsenal are easier on the eye or because Utd haven't been nearly as good in the last few years doesn't mean they don't play good football.

Exactly which part of my opinion do you disagree with so much?

All of it. The insinuation that there is a correlation between entertainment and failure to the comment about utd. that you would sell your soul for some 'success'.

Less old men at games. Withdraw season tickets from anyone who has held one for over 20 years.

All new season tickets for new stadium for under 25s,

This rules me out by the way. But thats ok, ill take one for the team.

I assume you are saying that tongue in cheek, but if not then the guy who trys and takes my ST away better get use to eating with a straw.

Tongue in cheek in so far as I know its not going to happen. It would be the best way to improve the match day atmosphere though.

How do you solve the problem of an aging set of season ticket holders? I assume you arent going to give yours up until you cant physically get there anymore?
