I'd be tempted to play Kranjcar in front of him for the Liverpool game if indeed we do play Bale at LB in order to give him a bit more protection down that side. Kranjcar is able to get back and put a tackle in.

i have one more option and one that i think is the best option and that can and will happen! The man i speak of kept ronaldo and others quite when he last played left back and impressed everyone! He is out on loan at the moment but as the club who have him currently are not allowed to make transfers and that includes loans mean he should be back jan 1st!

Harry sees him as a left-back. Kind of says what I said earlier in that bale can't get past his man easily when he is playing LM and facing a marker. Full-back allows him to cross from deep as well as go on the odd run
