I wish people would stop saying they are done with this club.

Because you aren't.

I get the frustration thing but really, you aren't done. I know it, you know it, we all know it :D

You know exactly how Guardiola and Klopp's teams are going to play too. That rarely seems to be a problem for them.

Both teams have a good 5-6 players that can score and create goals. We have 2.

Double mark Kane and Son and no one else has the ability to take advantage of the space given the rest. Double down Salah and Mane or KdB and Foden and they have a handful others that will punish you

I think the players got ahead of themselves after hearing the media praise leading into the Brighton match.
So did we.... so did we... I was at the stadium against Brighton... at half time a Spurs-legend was interwieved. I can't remember who it was... he said directly to the Brighton fans... "thanks for beating Arsenal the other week" ... at that moment I just knew we would f*** it up...

Well I am delighted with a point. Brentford have won 5 of last 6. Tough place to go.
Performance from everyone except romero and lloris was shit…calling out Emerson when there were worse players is just hilarious imo. Our midfield is terrible..
Delighted with that spectacle you have got to be kidding.

I'm sorry, but I'm no longer in awe of Conte. He seems as clueless in game as Nuno. Not going to worry what he decides to do in the summer anymore.

These types of posts are embarrassing, most teams would love to have Conte. He doesn’t have his own team still, hasn’t had a full season, just rubbish to write someone off after a couple of bad performances.

No matter who runs this club or manages this club, it will never change. The culture is ingrained. Almost rans. Embarrassing 2 results in a week. Don’t deserve top 4.
This has nothing to do with culture. It begins and ends with talent on the pitch. Football doesn't change: success is achieved by being good at recruitment and development.

Couldn’t put the pressure on playing first last weekend
And
Could take the pressure of playing second this.

Indeed. One of those "everything now" types. Neither Klopp or Pep were an immediate success, and they are two of the best. We won't see the best of Conte until he has the players he wants in every position. And we're a long way from that.

Agree that it’s a tough place to go but Emerson was our worst player along with Sessegnon. Wingbacks are crucial in that set up

After such a tough opponent thankfully we have Liverpool away where we have won about three times in our history so fingers crossed for three points.

I haven't written him off. I hope he stays but I no longer think he is a genius. He is paid a huge salary to try and work out how to solve these problems and he is just not doing anything about it. It's all so predictable . I'm just saying if he invents a reason to leave in the summer, I won't be as disappointed anymore

Brentford are a good side, I wasn't expecting us to walk all over them. But the fact is they showed more desire, more aggression and were more committed. And they have nothing left to play for other than finishing as high as possible. I watched Toney and he's diving and closing down like they were fighting for the 4th spot. And I also watched Kane hardly break a sweat. I'm sorry but he has not earned this right to waltz around like Ronaldo. I don't usually write so many posts, but I am so bitterly disappointed today. I usually stay away as you can write things that you then regret later. But fuck it, I think I'm done and with money tight I think that this season is my last as a season ticket holder.

Sessegnon has had his time. He’s not going to get any better. He’s the same player he was two years ago. Nothing has changed with him. I find him almost as frustrating as Emerson. I’d sell all 4 wingbacks and start again.
Except for a decent run of games because of injuries. I agree really though.

No room for error now. Must beat Leicester

You would like to think that someone of Conte's calibre and the players we have, we could at least muster a few shots on target. Conte is a good manager but as I said, he is too similar to Poch and we know how this look like when plan A fails. We need a manager who is willing to take risks and shows his tactical acumen for these fragile players.

We're all frustrated and disappointed because the players didn't seem to want it enough. And because Conte didn't change things early enough. Why was Royal left on so long? Why didn't we see Stevie for the last 20 minutes or more? Why dont we have a striker to bring on when Kane looks like a retired seaside donkey?
