Scotbear - wahts Cuellars pace like. Can you compare him to a CB in the premier league in terms of pace? Or can you name what forwards in Scotland do and don't have the beating of him in a foot race?
£5-6million and we've got nothing to loose but Rangers will want £10 -12m then i'm not so sure. They won't sell him in any rate, I work in glasgow and the general concencus is that if they sold him there would be a massive uproar.
Doubt very much that Rangers' owners are that suicidal.
Quicker than your average defender, but you wouldn't call him pacey like some modern day centre backs are that can keep up with fast strikers. But then good centre backs with such pace are in a tiny minority.
I've watched him for a year, and it's actually difficult for me to judge just how quick he is. His reading of the game and positioning is so good that he's hardly ever in a position where a forward manages to anticipate a through ball before he does.
He's quick enough is the best way I can put it. He's certainly not a defender who is beaten once you make him turn. He's well capable of striding back over long distances to recover from any mistakes he or his team-mates make.
who did he play for before rangers? was it osasuna? and helped get them into the cl? memory escapes me
