So to sum up all this bollox about the ref robbing Chelsea
  • Bentancur - from one angle and in real time it looked a foul. From another he clearly gets the ball - no foul so just STFU.
  • Reece James - one yellow for a cynical tactical foul on Sonny, but should have been sent off with a second yellow for an equally cynical tactical foul also on Sonny, so they should have played about half the game with 10 men and without their best player on the day.
  • PEH goal - Richarlison was not blocking Mendy’s view of PEH when he hit the ball. Sometimes given as offside, sometimes not - its subjective. If given against us, i would be pissed off but I’m always pissed off when we concede - its no slam dunk, so stop crying like you’ve been on the receiving end of war crime.
  • Tuschel the twat - should have been sent off for the second goal celebration. It was deliberate provocation so again STFU about looking you in the eye, you classless piece of shit. He was probably a decent guy before he became Chelsea manager, now he’s been infected with the kind of club chelsea are and will always be.
  • Romero - yup, should have been sent off or at least booked. We were lucky, and got away with that one.

Martin Tyler shouldn't do the commentary.
I think that's an incredibly backwards way of thinking.
This one I say a hearty "YES". I can't stick Tyler and his bias. For both equalisers on Sunday he was lukewarm on commentary and it's not the first time he has sounded like he berudges us a result. Compare his commentary on Kane's goal to Peter Drury's, it's like night and day.

We looked like were conserving energy in the heat for the first half and maybe hoping to be goalless and hitting them with an onslaught later. They got the goal from the corner and so we had to step it up. We were the stronger team as the game wore on.

I noticed that. The only thing funnier than him saying in the first place with a female ex-player sat right next to him was he then did it again.
I dont have a problem withit and we all know what he meant but in this modern times where tou get lambasted for saying pretty much anything it was a dick move.

Am I ok to say Dick?
I agree with everything you said above.
I believe you can use Dick as in the abbreviated version of Richard.
I once worked with a man called Dick Champion. I always thought that his name just sounded like bragging!

I didn't get to see the game as I was working so I cant comment on the performance.

What I have taken is that sort of celebration, that sort of togetherness shown is a great great sign for the season. Players like richarlison and Bissouma really look integrated and team spirit looks to be at an all time high.

Give me that over fancy early pre season performances in the sun any day of the week

I just saw this "new" replay. Indeed it was a clean tackle -- Bent *just* nicked the ball.

Also, I felt that Koulibaly fouled Deki in the buildup to their second -- he barged him to ground. Shoulda been a Spurs freekick.

I’d be way more pissed off to have this chalked off for us than I would be if the opposition scored it and it wasn’t ruled offside.

I’m generally in favour of giving the benefit of the doubt to the attacking side. Makes for a better game.

A lot of talk about Sunday’s game, but almost nothing about how bad Chelsea defended that last corner. How is this allowed to happen right in front of goal in the last minute?

Was just thinking about this.. Tuchel can whine about the ref but completely ignore the totally free header for Kane’s goal and the fact that they were faffing about with the ball in their box for Højbjerg’s.

So you didn't celebrate an equalizer in stoppage and you include Kulu as 'MIA' week one? To each their own but those two things seem...odd.

All people care about are stats now rather than a hard battled draw at a place we usually get fuck all.

It’s not luck, we kept going and got what we wanted, now lets see what happens when they come to the lane.

People seem to have forgotten that home advantage and the crowd make a huge difference. Chelsea are a top team.

Fuck off with the negativity you bunch of gits. (Nothing aimed at you @kthwlsn )

Have people forgotten that home advantage hm
Conte got it badly wrong today IMO. He should have hooked Kulu for Bissouma and gone to 3-5-2 when it was obvious we were getting overrun in midfield. Also, going to 4 at the back was a major factor in conceding their 2nd goal. With Romero and Dier getting dragged across, Davies had way too much space to cover without a wing back helping him out.

Souness won’t be on these games for much longer. He keeps going on about it being ‘a man’s game’ which it clearly isn’t anymore as there is a woman commentating right next to him. I will be quite glad he goes as I think he is rubbish. And generally ingrained anti-Spurs.
if he goes can that free up a spot to have some pro spurs on ?? And not just ex chav, dipper or manure players??
