I want us to make a statement. Lets be honest, its as good as a time as any to play them as they clearly dont have enough up front although I expect them to strengthen up front before end of the window

I want us to batter them like 6-2. I need a Kane hattrick for personal FPL reasons but also to shut the Haaland lovers up.
Every week you announce that we will score 6 goals, or that we need to score 6 goals, or you predict scorelines like 5-3 and 6-2.

And then we don't. Once or twice a season we score 6 goals and you crow about how right you were.

I think it is going to be a hell of a match, up and down emotions. A goal late on to decide it

Chelsea 2 - Spurs 3

I have never ever crowed but youre right I have always said silly scoreline, I have also said 7 goals too :) we never have come close which is annoying one day though - gonna crow then loudly

I'm sure it will. I'm struggling to conclude which side it might favour. Both sides press vigorously, there are five subs now for each side and both sides now have solid, deep benches, which wasn't true last season.

We know how super-fit Conte gets his teams. We don't know if Chelsea do likewise, or even better.

I personally think we've the stronger attack.

They might be a touch superior in the middle of the park but with all their defensive changes i think we're more settled in that area.

Overall I think if we can be resolute mentally, we've a great chance of a positive result.

Can’t afford to be nieve. Be solid, keep it tight with no stupid mistakes or incidents that'll rile up the crowd and go for the throat in the last 10-15 minutes with our superior fitness and solid preseason behind us.

It'll be a good test to see where we're at, COYS.

I actually think we have a great chance to actually beat them at the bridge. We are going in with momentum and they are still sorting themselves out.

This is the ideal time to play them and nick a win. It's going to be a tough game either way, but I can see our front 3 ruining them. They have a new defense essentially and needs gelling. We essentially have a fully gelled team ready to go and get the result.

We finally have a full strengh squad to face them, compared to last seasons results. This is gonna be a a big game for the new guys to get a taste of this Derby and they are going to relish it. Romero is going to have a big game!

Always difficult against them - luck always plays it part- let’s hope it’s with us on Sunday. We can truly win this , why not. They will be at their best against us as they always are. Glad Rudiger is not there, it has to impact on their defence.

Romero trying to figure out how hard he should tackle Jorginho on Sunday.

" So he's Brazilian born BUT he plays for Italy.....I mean, I guess I could ease up...nevermind, he plays for Chelsea. "

Think he'll start Perisic.

Sess was great on Saturday and he'll play a big role this season.

But Perisic's experience could be massive in a game like this.

Leadership as well. We need a calm, cool head out there.

Either way our bench is going to look immense.

Having Richarlison come on who gets fired up for the big games could be very interesting as well.

The bad news is Anthony Taylor is ref and Mike Dean is on VAR, so can see a number of bookings and possible sending offs

stupidly i actually believe we are going there to demolish them 1-3 however I would take a draw right now as its Chelsea and they always find a result against us!

not sure if it's a good time for us to play them or a better time for them to play us as its not a hard game for tucel to get them up for ( thought they were very laboured at the weekend) where as we are going there high on confidence in the past that has done us over i think

But surely the time is now with Antonio to take the mantel and fuck shit up COYS!

Who is going to score a goal for them? Sterling? Mount? Havertz? They haven't got anyone who you would worry about. Compared to what we can put out. Think it will be tight, and probably a nil nil, but also a possibility we are super clinical and open a can of whoop ass. Looking forward to it for a change.

currently I reckon there is a max of 4 that get in our team ...not many years you could say that in over recent times ...signs are good z

Koulibaly, james, Thiago silva, Kante.

About right?

Chilwell is pretty neutral as he’s very good and Perisic has played 30 minutes of premier league football but will obviously be incredible for us.

Any news on their fitness? Koulibaly / Silva looked to be struggling vs Everton. And Kovacic a doubt.

We're going to beat this lot. Every presser that AC has been asked/pressed for progress with this squad, he's instinctively used Chelsea as that barometer.

Anything other than a win and AC will be dissapointed. He's been given the tools and time to apply his plan. It's now or never....what are we waiting for?

I’ve always said 50% of sport in the head.

We were beaten 4 times last year without even scoring goal, and beaten before a ball was kicked.

We will soon know if this seasons THFC is made of different stuff

I'm not sure to be honest, I think he may stick with Sess.
