I'd just like to see us score a goal against them, us having not managed that in the last six games between the clubs. I'm afraid I can't see anything other than yet another loss. Wish I could be more optimistic.
We arguably did last season, it's just that Silva dove against Kane to get his taken away.

Even if that had stood thats still a shit record for a team with Son and Kane.
I'd just like to see us go at them. Fk respect. We're better than them. Time to show it.

So it turns out we're going to be in Lanzarote on Sunday. Not sure I'll have much chance to catch the game. Might have to tap up Crackers for a good pro-Spurs pub.

Despite probably missing the match I'm proper excited for this. It's a real head vs heart this match. We almost never get anything from their place. Probably should be prepared for a draw.

They won't be able to live with our front 3 or our fitness.

For that reason I'm having a score on chelsea :cautious:

Statement win necessary.

Maybe. I would say what’s more important is that if we get a good result, is that we win the next game. Man City/ Burnley leaps to mind.

Personally, I think we will lose. All this talk and expectation this week in the media that we have closed the gap is a classic build them up before the fall move so we can be laughed at and unfortunately we usually oblige. Hope it is different this time.

Yeah I do.

But everyone will captain him lol

If Bournemouth sit really deep he may be frustrated.
More of a reason to captain Haaland if everyone captains him which they will.

He will score tap ins for fun the fucking giraffe steroid freak?

Kante has regressed massively, he was very poor last season.
Do people really think about the adjectives they use? No offence but let's look at a sort of Likert scale in this instance:
Outstanding-Excellent-Very Good-Good-Moderate-Average-Below Average-Poor-Very Poor

Didn't think he was that bad.

Fist time kulu has played against them for us. This is also the first time Conte has fully embedded his ethos onto the team.

It's not going to be an easy game, I will be happy with a draw.

Should be a cracking game and I'm both shitting it and very excited.
A win would be great but I'd take a decent performance and a draw.
I do have a sneaking feeling that they're there for the taking at the moment though, possibly the perfect time to be playing at theirs.

A real tasty tester at the start of the season.

We were so far behind them when we played them last year it was embarrassing - and it was strange as lesser teams gave them good games. There almost appeared to be an inferiority complex, which never showed against others not even City or Pool.

This year have high hopes and think we could easily win at the Bridge, but realistically even a draw would be a decent result.

We won't be top of the league after this weekend I'm afraid; we'll beat Chelsea, no doubt about that, but not by as much as City will spank Bournemouth.
I'm not really saying we will beat Chelsea I'm just saying that we will score and they won't, you do the maths.

I'm not worried about being top of the league at this stage of the season, I just want the win against Chelsea and let Man City do their own thing!
