They were decent. Brilliant is a stretch

I thought they were with their press - we couldnt do anything for an hour and barely put moves together or anything - we were shite. They stopped everything but like I say im happy with the 2 2 - draw the tough games and beat the rest

You guys are wrong about how “poor” we were, Kane and Sessegnon had a couple of one on ones and sometimes we were one pass from being in one on one, just slightly off, we played on the counter.

Their goals were a belter from a CB and a mistake from Kulu (too weak)

The stats dont matter

Also we just showed our new strength in depth.

Well played lads ?

It's like we need a psychologist to tell them Chelsea aren't superheroes
Exactly. How come the same players are capable of winning home and away against a much better MC team but v chelscam forget how to play football?

Bissouma and Perisic have to be starters from now on.

My worry is that it will be Bentancur who will be replaced.
I don't think Conte has tried Bissouma and Bentancur together yet. But those 2 are probably are best cm's against a press

Feels like a win, they must be sick.
Kane really poor until the winner, shows why you have to back him.
Think Tuchel provoked the incident at the end, how many games will AC miss?

Never write off this team. We play to the final whistle. Hopefully the fans will start to believe that too instead of acting like we’ve lost the match after half an hour

We all spoke about our mental frailties at Stamford Bridge, so to go behind twice and come back is something else. Especially when James scored, I bet the majority here (myself included) thought here we go again.

Good teams get results even when not playing well and that last minute equaliser will feel like a win to Conte and the boys.

That was so low class by Tuchel. Nothing wrong with frustration but have some class when things don't go your way.

im not deleting any of my harsh criticisms- the result doesn’t change how awful we were for large (majority) chunks of that game.

too right! We came away with a point today and can take it as a learning opportunity but if we do this again at their shit hole then it reinforces the harsh criticisms

So to sum up:
  • We still have some sort of mental block when it comes to Stamford bridge
  • Kane and PEH were both poor today, and yet…….
  • Conte did nothing wrong, his red card should be rescinded.
  • Tuschel is a piece of shit
  • chelsea are filthy scum and always will be
