I can't believe people would not want Seedorf around the place. There is experience and then there is Seedorf. Quality wise Modric is the only player who maybe has the quality to get near to seedorf's career in the whole tottenham squad. This guy has won more European cups / champions league than anyone iirc counting 1,2,3,4 if Memory serves me, that is more than most CLUBS have won, think barca are on 4, so he has won the same amount of European cups as Barcelona Fc..... Would love him patrolling the area in front of the back four, as anything more would be hard for old legs. Look how Edgar is credited with bringing on our young players. Clarence Seedorf would be part of the discussion of Europe's top 20 EVER players, none of our current squad will ever be in that discussion.

This, completely.

I'd love to see a player of his stature in our colours.

I would rep you if I was not on my phone.

Even at his age, last half hour when we are leading coming on and adding that quality and experience, would be invaluable.

Seedorf is one of the all time greats of European football, better that Modric would ever be. When you look at the performances of giggs and scholes at united should we really be so quick to dismiss him ???

He could be our Scholes for a year. I wouldn't be too against it provided we get more youngsters in as well. He's the sort of player who could come on late in a game, get the ball down and help us see off a few wins.

I certainly think a few of our youngsters could learn from him. Maybe someone like Carroll for example would benefit training with him.

Would be a great player to play in Europa L and CC alongside some of the younger players. Loads of experience and would be great for Livermore/Carroll etc.

Having him is not building a team/squad for the future and that's a problem with Harry

When we signed Davids we were not in contention for the CL. And he was 32.
Seedorf is 36.
