Yes he could tinker with Perisic up top or a 3-5-2 (from which we performed poorly before the World Cup), but by and large he's got very limited options due to a lack of squad depth in crucial areas and a number of key injuries.

It doesn’t matter what I would do. We are horrific because he is playing this crap formation. But. I would have stuck spence right. Perisic left and sarr in the middle. 2 up top. ?‍. Just mix something up ffs. Stale up fuck. Leave son on the bench for last 20. It might help him coming on against a tired team. Fucking anything from a 15m a year manager.
