Do we have a tv channel now?

I am considering getting cable in Hanoi, which will have a lot of premiership matches. I was looking at the description when i spotted this:

As far as i could see, we don't have a tv channel (except online) and i'm wondering if anyone has any clues as to what it could be?

Sounds to me like a programme dedicated to us, whatever it is.

I'm sure someone has mentioned it before on here and it's a shared channel with loads of other clubs.

Spurs TV - still remains as a subscription on the website. (But very debatable whether it's worth it)
