Nothing that will keep him out of pre-season then hopefully.

Edit: may have spoken too soon having read the article.

As a Swede last Friday was the first time I was happy Hugo went on one of his kamikaze runs. If he has to do them and flummox them might as well be in the national team.

Really impressed in our national team now after a year with the new GM. Night and day compared to when Hamrén was in charge. He has such a simple and clear idea for our game and playing philosophy that makes the team better than the sum of its parts.

We're obviously lacking Zlatan and while he wasn't the problem per say in the old team Hamrén's gameplan was built so much on "get the ball to Zlatan" that when Ibra got eliminated/had a off day nothing worked.

Shouldn't be playing there (Russia) or the next one (Qatar?)
Can't understand the reasoning for either.
Both countries seem to flaunt laws and ethics.

Sponds, folding green, sheckles, moolah, lady Godiva's, nuggets, dead presidents, smash,.

And the best goddamn bids FIFA ever did see....

David Villa's been called back up to Spain for the first time since 2014. Yes he has been playing in MLS apart but he is absolutely tearing it apart and is still absolutely incredible. Well deserved, IMO

Spain aren't exactly swimming in pure on form strikers to choose from though are they ?

Dutch football has never been so low, surely? Lucky for them that Sweden lost in Bulgaria otherwise all hope would be lost.

Australia lost 2-0 to Japan in Saitama. Japan officially qualified; Australia play Thailand in the week.

The 2nd goal for Japan was pretty good.

Always good to see the Swedes lose. It makes sure they aren't as arrogant as the Norwegians for 5 minutes. :). Big one for the Danes tonight. I have a feeling we are gonna get a hiding. They brought Bentdner back FFS. KSD

Ireland 1 up after 3 minutes. Should have been a free out though.
