Fantastic day for us.

Clinical finishing from Defoe again. He's showing what he can do with a run in the team as the main man
Naughton done well and showed he can be relied upon, and more minutes for young Carrol.
A CLEAN SHEET, Lloris now the clear starting keeper so more settled squad no more headlines.
Dempsey and Siggy both getting assists will do wonders for their confidence, shows we have options and creativity throughout the squad.
Ade coming back from suspension, Parker and Benny closer to fitness.

The only down is the two injuries, Bale is an obvious miss, and Daws was just getting back into the starting XI again.

Does show that its the result at the end of the game that counts not the score at 45 mins. We are an impatient lot sometimes!

Slight concern is people labelling these next few games 'easy'. Obviously they are winnable but I don't fancy Everton away with the form Fellaini is in and Swans have showed today they are certainly not mugs away from home.
I agree. I'm just taking it one game at a time. I take the highs in the same cool snake eyed manner as I accept the lows.

GETTHEFUCKINTHEREWEREGONNAWINTHELEAGUE!

As a spurs fan I never expect anything other than a defeat. That way if we lose, I'm only pissy towards everyone for a few days. If we win I'm deliriously happy until the next fixture, which, of course, I expect us to lose and, thus, the cycle of (spurs) life starts again. :)

Who says I can't accept his goals? I think he's a decent enough player. I also think it'd be better for the team if we had Ade or a striker in that mould leading our line since we have so many attacking players, our goals can come from anywhere potentially. Now everyone's overlooking the fact that we have one striker who scores when he likes and is anonymous in others.

I'm embarrassing no one. What I can't accept are fans who continue to bang the naive drum. There's one thing being optimistic, there's another being naive and overly sensitive. All over the Internet there seems to be hordes of people who seem to feel any criticism is blasphemous and cannot take it. I'm not going to bother after this because these same people will never see the other side and feel superior by insults.

I'll never see it that way, lol, way to make a sweeping statement from a couple posts. Notice I have not singled you out, just pointed out a type of poster. Learn. Yeah, hope I don't, the only time I've had the opportunity to see Spurs (Against Chelsea in Dec 2010) I was yelling all the way. Can't say much for everyone else in my stand saying Crouch was "a waste of oxygen".

Continue away with your condescension though.

You obviously can't see the destructive attitude you displayed by calling out the Defoe 'fans', almost gleefully, after the only the first half of a tough away game. You really need to understand and appreciate how your attitude appears and the box you put yourself in, by making such comments.

Will you and many others learn to conduct yourselves better during our next game and at least wait till the end of the game before providing reasoned and constructive comments? I doubt it.

The matchday thread is quite often an embarrassment to Spurs fans and I truthfully wish half of them didn't support our club sometimes. My worry is that these people take their opinions and their reactions to our games. It's not needed. I know I can be quite forthright but I feel that if these people are so forward in airing their unreasonable digs against the club (they're not even constructive opinions - which I would have more time for) then they should accept it when strong opinions come back their way.

As for embarrassing no one, well you embarrassed me. So that's at least one more than you think.

Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas on injuries to Michael Dawson and Gareth Bale in the 3-0 win at Fulham: "They are not very serious and hopefully we will have them both back soon."

And that takes us to joint top scorers in the league. From 9 different scorers. Immense dimensions!;)
Second joint top scorers. Man Utd first with 33, Spurs and City second with 28.

I had to look that up though, can't believe we're so high up the scoring charts considering we seemed to have so much trouble creating chances in the first couple of months of the season.

Nine points in one week, good week for AVB. We deserved to win today, Fulham looked weak. They too have a few injuries. A great result for Swansea too.

The first half was a bit slow with no movment. But i think after the halftime talk the hole team changed attitude and just started to show what we should expect. happy to see that both Siggy and duce start to produce! A fine day for all us Spurs supporters :DD Just hope that it`s ok with Daws and Gareth
