Probably! I suppose going back to the tweet in the op it says he is going to England and there must be some sort of connection between poch and pops.

Very much doubt that, really. The clubs had already agreed, I believe by very late June, and Torino Genoa would, IMO, be fine with getting the deal done so they could move on to replacements. Also, look at the initial source of the OP link. It is the Board of directors' meeting in River. Torino Genoa would give false information that would go to the board of directors of the player's former club?

That's old news, though. The issue is the move to Fiorentina has been stalling for weeks already. Question is why and does the stalling have something to do with Tottenham?
