Nobody is above criticism but I think people calling for his sacking should remember he had a chance of taking a much better job during the summer but he didn't he stayed, if he had gone people would have moaned about him being disloyal.

Loyalty might not mean anything to a number of people but it means something to me.

sure. but how many people are calling for his sacking, what im hearing is complaints about his system, subs, selections (and all rightly so) but im not hearing much in the way of actual 'AvB out'.

But at some point if the same mistakes keep being made and progress continues to allude us we need to ask when loyalty becomes too costly.

You are right we did play some great fooball under Redknapp, but we also played quite a lot of shit games as well, you can re-write history and pretend everything was roses under Redkanpp if you like.
Didnt say they were, every team has its bad days at the office, and we had some under 'Arry. But over the course of a season the football was a joy to watch.

No confusion at all, there seems to be a rush to get rid of AVB after 16 months in the job by the anti AVB-ites.

Give the guy time and he may just shut up the knee jerkers.
I agree he deserves the chance to turn things around, I just dont know where you got the vibe that some fans expect us to win every game. I cant claim to have read every post on every thread, but I havent come accross this.

It's a steadily growing number and certainly the implication is there from many.

Sure at some point if there is no progress, same mistakes, then his position has to be looked at, but certainly not at this point with only a third of the season gone. At least those who want him out could give him until the end of the season.

Would you give Naughton the season at right back if Walker got injured? Or would you rather we got someone in the transfer window?

Really, well there are quite a few fans round me at the Lane who think with the squad we have we should be doing.

He has the best win % of any Spurs manager ( including Redknapp), of course things can improve but he does not deserve to be sacked yet.

Doesn't make sense when you factor that we achieved 2 top 4 finishes playing brilliant football. You can re-write history and pretend we lost every game 4-3 under 'Arry if you like though.

We sometimes played brilliant football under Harry (having Modric and VDV pulling the strings certainly helped).

We also sometimes played long ball shite.

Did we mix it up and play direct to Crouch/Ade for knock downs to VDV on occasions? YES....Did we "play long ball shite" under 'Arry? NO....It was widely regarded by Fans and Journalists that we were playing the best football in the Prem.

Some fans and some journalists said different, we played long ball to Crouch on many occasions.

Well, we'll have to agree to disagree on that.

We played brilliantly at times. Other times it was "meh", IMO.

Show me the evidence of Journalists saying we played long ball football. We played the odd long ball up to Crouch during a match, it would be silly not to would it not? It's called having VARIATION in our play, something AVB is clearly lacking. Claiming we played "long ball shite" under 'Arry is complete and utter bollocks mate, pure desperation from the AVB-ites.

Wind your neck in, fella, FFS.

Not every opinion of Harry has to be coloured by opinion of AVB. Or vice versa.

Just accept that not everyone agrees with your opinion of how we played under Harry. It's not a big deal.

We didn't really play the long ball that much considering Crouch was in the side. When we were good we were really good, the times we struggled was mainly down to being too soft and open at times.

You can believe what you want mate no problems, however to deny that we have played " long ball" under Redknapp is pure desperation from the anti AVB-ites.

I will deny it, because it didnt happen, We played some of the best passing football I've ever seen us play.

If we had been long ball specialists we'd of been going long every game to him countless times. Games like Inter at home, lives long in the memory...not one long ball to Crouch that night.

I remember a few though that came off...knocking one down for Defoe, who scored, against City when Hughes was in charge. By in large though it wasn't a regular theme to our play week in week out ten times a game, but a tactic we had available to us when we needed to mix it up a bit.

Not enough to be branded a long ball side, that's for sure.

Wind my neck in? Calm down. First time I've ever heard the football we played under 'Arry as "long ball shite". I think I've heard it all now.

Unfortunately Mullers that happens in all walks of life.

I started a job in feb of this year, working for a franchise. It was a small place that had no sales direction. The boss took me on to give the business a new sales direction, I duly did that, we started to get great results. Around June the Head office of the Franchise company, advertised a sales job, more money, more stability, more perks, I was encouraged by them to apply for it. I didn't as I had started a project and wanted to see it through. My boss let me go in August because I had changed everything for him and he was sat on his arse doing nothing and realised that he could save a wage by doing it himself.

I hadn't been there long enough for any pay off, let alone a multi million pound one like AVB would get if he was sacked.

I am still struggling for work now, I have two children and no partner to support me anymore, so forgive me if I don't feel sorry for the modern manager.
