Completely agree, bar a couple of sides it's like watching Championship football. That said, I do believe Huntelaar would score goals in the Prem.

Based on the games I saw, Hertha Berlin x 2, Werder Bremen once and Eintracht Frankfurt once, all 4 games were Championship quality yes. Admittedly I haven't been for a couple of seasons though.

It has improved. Last game I was at was Bremen v Schalke in May which Schalke won 3-2. It is nowhere near the quality of the PL

He's an upgrade on Defoe, Crouch, Saha, Giovani, Bent and (in the last 4 years) Keano... yet we don't consider him good enough for Tottenham.

True. But I havent seen anything from Huntelaar to suggest his is any better. In fact, I haven't seen him touch the ball. Huntelaar would be like having a white Darren Bent up front.
