Cardboard clappers, Jamie Vardy masks, that "third in a two horse race" banner...this club deserves to get relegated.

Would be hilarious if they won the Champions League at the same time though.
Would be even more hilarious if they got to the final, had 2 players sent off and lost 5-0.

I think we know the answer to that. The referees gave them everything and many teams were desperate for them to win. Their next game against Swansea is ironic. Last year the Swansea manager stated he wanted them to win the League before the game and the way Swansea played reflected this and was a disgrace. This year things are very different for both teams. Would love Leicester to go down.
There was definitely a loss of heads over their run last season. People got really caught up in the romance of it.

I fucking hate Leicester. The fact that they're so bad this season with almost exactly the same team makes me hate them even more.

It kills me that over the last 15 or so years our club has been building steadily in the hope that one day we'll finish a season top of the pile, yet they can come along when the 5 financial super-powers in the league all happen to have a poor season, and storm it by 10 fucking points. To rub it in, we were the closest realistic contenders so it was at our expense.

I seriously hope they go down.

The ONLY way that would be funny is if they beat Arsenal in the final.

What if......

I don't believe in the PEDa theory but let's say that it's true and they started the program as they turned their season round in 2015. Claudio joins and sees a very fit team and thinks Mamma Mia these boys are very fit. Roll on the summer 2016. He gets them back, he's hired a new nutritionist who bans the odd shaped smarties in the jar and advocated vitimins. At this stage they turn sluggish and finally the penny drops for CR. his reputation is in ruins if he gets caught. It's not his fault, it was there before he joined. If he continues it he's making it worse. What does he do?

A lot of their players signed bumper contracts last year. If they don't have relegation clauses it could become very expensive in the Championship.

I'm biased of course, because it looks like its all going to shit for them under his guidance at the moment, but it would be a joke to sack Ranieri. We're talking about the title winning manager of Leicester City, not some poor sod at Chelsea.

They're now back down where a club like Leicester would normally be, and they aren't relegated yet either.

The guy delivered a relatively small club, full of journeyman players the Premier League for gods sake. If that's not deserving of some loyalty, even in today's bipolar 'best thing ever / worst thing ever' culture, then I don't know what is. He should have the job for life.

And I'm only 50% saying that because it looks like he might take them down ;).

I'm hoping it's that blind loyalty that will mean the board don't sack him and he ends up taking them down.

Long story short, in helping to plan a Stag do in April I've noticed our game at Leicester is scheduled for the FA Cup semi-final weekend, so if one of us gets that far the game will be moved and will take place in the final couple of weeks of the season.

I'd Kevin Keegan-style love it if that game gets moved back and we send them down.
