My dad was over there Sunday....his first visit to the stadium. Proper dye in the wool West Ham fan my dad. He absolutely hated it....it's broke his heart to see what they're doing to his club. He said as an arena it's great, the ode to 2012 is all over the place, medals, plaques pics etc but he said the West Ham stuff is cringeworthy. Everyone left after 60 minutes.

He said an argument broke out in a couple of rows in front between some WH fans. Some claiming that it's a disgrace that they only turned up for one game this season, WTF has been going on in the other 37 games etc. A couple of others saying that as long as they beat spurs, that's all they care about.

Also, to get on their waiting list for season tickets, they're charging people £10.

I went to a fancy dress party Saturday night, it was supposed to be Disney/Marvel costumes. I went as superman. There was a guy there in full west ham kit. I said 'You look brilliant, you've come as dopey from the seven dwarves.' He didn't laugh either.
