I'm worried because I am sure Daniel Levy has been following the threads on here and is about to sack Redknapp tomorrow morning for our abject season and put a new manager in charge. Personally I think Redknapp may be the man to take charge of the team tomorrow.

You know what gets on my tits a lot...optimistic Spurs fans.

Lol joking but the people who have a go at everyone's pessimism and try and convince us that a positive attitude will help the team. When the truth is, deep down, your as pessimistic as the rest of us! Your just putting on an optimistic front! Pessimism is the Spurs way of life! Yet still we are always heartbroken when it happens.

The problem is the improbable failure is something we have excelled at over the years (Man City 3-4 games/Man United 3-5 and 5-2 games, the FA cup embarrassment to Leicester(2-0 becomes a 3-2 loss- Mark de Vries grrrrrr), 1-3 up against Chelsea FA Cup becomes a 3-3 draw, lasagne-gate, our spectacular implosion this season, 5-2 against Arsenal.

I mean thats some list....I don't know of any other side that is as good as self-destructing than us!

I'll watch the game tomorrow and cheer us on, but I do not expect us to waltz away with it...we are Spurs and we do things the hard way!

Absolutely fucking shitting it. There will be no enjoyment tomorrow until we are 3-0 or fulltime and we win, whichever comes first.

We're unbeaten at Villa PArk in at least the last 3 years, taking 2 wins and a draw. Villa have never been worse, and we arguably have never been as strong going there.
Even more pressure on that game now after todays result. I just hope the players are up to the challenge. Injuries aside, there should be no need to make any changes. We dont have the personnel to make changes. King isnt fit to play, we dont have another fullback and Adebayor only striker capable of leasing our line. Parker maybe brought in if fit, but not at the expense of Sandro, who has been sensational.
Same team for me. Two Games. Two Wins. 3rd Place. and we can dream of a sensational summer.

I'm nervous a little, because its what Spurs do, but when I think about it rationally I become confident.

If I had a choice of any away game to play at the moment it would be Villa, honestly.

I watched all the highlights of the Villa/Bolton game last week and for such a big game they were terrible and Villa park was so quiet.

If we play anything like we did the other night we'll win.

oh sweet Mary, Arsenal drew??!!! I just assumed all the fixtures were tomorrow because of the FA Cup.

We will win. This is it - this is 3rd place offered up on a platter for the taking and the team will step up.

This is what it's all about, big games. Embrace it!

Yep. That's why I'd hate to be an Everton, Fulham or Sunderland fan, 2 derbys and possibly 1 big cup game to look forward to each season.

The amount of games that we've had to look forward to this season, every game since about March has been a 'must win' game. I think we'll look back on this season and think what an incredible fucking roller-coaster of emotions it's been, whether we finish 3rd, 4th or 5th. Apart from maybe winning a few more trophies along the way I wouldn't change it for the world.

I wouldn't say it's as big as that. It's a huge game obviously but even if we lose we would have a good chance of Champions League football. The City game was all or nothing - never felt as sick watching a game as I did that evening.

I am scared... But I will feel soooo fucking good if we win, 3rd going into the last game, fucking hell WHL will be rocking. Don't wanna think ahead though.

I just wish I could wake up bang on 2pm tomorrow so I won't have to wait.

Agreed, by far the most painful match I've ever watched, more so than any Arsenal game. I actually had to get a stress ball for it, which surprisingly helped. The long wait until 8pm as well, fucking torture.

Nothing will come close to how nervous I was for that game at Man City, in the car on the way up there I was a wreck and the 90 minutes absolute agony. When the whistle went, fucking ecstasy.

My nervousness is small fry now compared to then, but i'm still massively finger nail chewing pacing up and down the room nervous about tomorrow and next week!

Id suggest that the diminshed anxiety you feel now is because you had already resigned yourselves to 5th place just 2 weeks ago. Thats certainly the case with me.
