Welcome to the Norwich Vs Spurs Match Thread! COYS!

We want to bring the joy back into match days as these threads have just become full of over the top from at least a handful of posters. While we understand and have the same frustrations on the team and the performances the constant beating on the same players for just being picked is tiresome the same with going over how we didn't get more players in during the transfer window. We would rather not limit peoples access to this thread, so please before you hit post just read your post back...

STREAMING SITES

We cannot allow the posting of links to Streaming sites/apps and as a result of that do not allow posts asking for them as they invariably result in someone posting a link. Please do NOT hint at having, post or ask for links to streaming sites. The latest 'clever' way around this is to drop hints. That'll have to stop too I'm afraid as again, it results in people posting links.

I’ve never felt more confident about a win, could be famous last words but I suspect we will win comfortably as Norwich are as poor as it gets at this level. Hopefully Son can notch 2 or 3 and win the Golden boot as well

A scum loss tomorrow means that we only need a point at Norwich. I think we'll get all 3 anyway!

Its exciting that we've got something to play for on the last day. I remember the years when our season was over by the end of February.

Hopefully on tv as you would think but with the relegation battle and title not sure what they will pick. They may just show the one game of the team who are 4th going into the game.

If Liverpool beat Southampton those two games will be on no doubt.

It's going to be a long week waiting for this game, even more so if Arsenal win tomorrow.

The fact that we've still got a more than realistic chance of 4th with one game of the season left is pretty incredible considering the state the club was in when Nuno left.

On paper this should not be a hard test, Norwich are relegated and surely already on holiday although on the other hand it's their last home game so they may play for some pride. All in all though it's about time we had a gentler game as this last week has been total pressure against teams with everything to play for albeit for different reasons.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Burnley real tough, pressure games and we've really done ourselves proud.

Remember the last time we went to face a relegated side away from home on the last day of the season while trying to finish above Arsenal ?

Very different this time. Back in 2016 the players had just suffered some big mental blows related to our title hunt, and we where already guaranteed a top-3 finish.

This time we have a lot to play for.

I do hence my "on paper" but I also remember we didn't have anything to fight for, we'd lost the title race and were already in the CL plus feeling sorry for ourselves.
I think we'll be different this time.

Hopefully Everton still fighting for survival on last day also.

I don't hold out too much hope for the Toffees to get anything from their last match. I watched their match a few days ago against Brentford, and despite the fact they had a man sent off early on (and another one later after only a few minutes...) they were pretty damned awful.
