We're completely fucked against city. No sanchez, wanyama or Alderweireld. Dude... why'd you have to do this now?

Vertonghen is one yellow away from a suspension as well I think lol.
He’ll get that against Stoke. If not, rest him against Brighton. Or write off the City game and go all out to get the 6 points before it happens.

I'd be shocked if we rest a player to stop them missing the City game especially in such a weak area with the injuries etc...
Got to go for all the points we can. They might be good, it might be harder to get anything from but Man City is just another game and i rather have points in the bag going into the game than save a player for it..

Bit worrying Sanchez being banned for three matches (unless we successfully appeal) with Alderweireld also still out.

If we play a back three I guess Davies could play left side and Vertonghen moved to centre with either Dier probably being safer bet or Foyth.

Or if back four then Dier / Vertonghen it is.

He's one of the two or three players who makes me shit myself when he's got the ball, he always seems about to make a massive mistake and we haven't seen the last of his red cards for elbows. I can see the potential and it's his first season so he's got.......hesitates to say it. Time.

What a signing this guy has been

Still only 21 and he’s been nothing short of absolutely brilliant since he breezed into the starting XI pretty much as soon as he walked off the plane

Exceptional acclimatisation which for someone so young is virtually unheard of from someone so young playing at such a high level for such a high profile club

Amazing how much under the radar this footballer continues to play at

What a player, what a signing

A few more like him please and we can challenge City

Yep, he was my man of the match yesterday until Harry hit his 3rd in. Masterclass performance of calmness under pressure and perfect positional play. Made it look easy...

Class player. Still makes a few mistakes but he’s young and learning his trade. Could easily be the best CB in he league by 25.

Im absolutely staggered at how well he has adapted to the Premier League. Honestly cant quite believe just how good he is.
