We won the last NLF at the old ground!

Boo to those who questioned Poch's team selection and formation.

Lloris's distribution is pissing
me off though.

MOTM is difficult but I will give it Wanyama

MotM: Cech. Without his performance today, it'd have been a fuckin blowout.

For us, Wanyama. Stabilized our entire side tremendously, ensured that Ozil and Sanchez were never able to establish much rhythm, disrupted many of Arse's moves forward, and dispersed the ball well. Great performance from him today.

Vertonghen for me, some great challenges and some good efforts on goal. I am dying for one more 'Super Jan' celebration.

Absolutely. Loved those so much in his first season, and his daring forays forward. I appreciate his maturity and positional sense, but you used to sense something special was about to happen when Jan would put his head down and get at the ball.

Verts was insane today, a perfect performance. Harry battled hard and had some nice shots (how the fuck was that a booking).
Special mention to the fullbacks who sometimes get stick, but were really solid today. COYS !!

Thought Verts was a star today. Son, Wanyama and Alli put great shifts in, and Eriksen showing quality when needed! Must have been some half-time team talk, 'cause we could have had at least 5 or 6 in the second half; plus ref did us absolutely no favours!

For most or all of the game, we were missing Rose, Walker, Dembele...but still, made Arsenal look really, really poor! They actually got off really lucky, even after a comprehensive defeat! Can't remember us doing the arse like that for a long time, and we weren't even firing on all cylinders!

Cech was great today. Stopped a couple of certs today, and had his eye in; but that Kane penalty!

Absolutely has to be Verts for me. Sensational performance all around. Defended well, started the attack brilliantly with his passing and decisive dribbling. Love how he can advance with the ball forward to create space and passing angles. He easily could have scored today too. Probably had as good a season as Toby, if not better due to recent performances.

Trippier 8
Toby 8
Verts 10

Verts for me easy. Vic can't get MOTM for that 1 half performance. Was good in the 2nd though.

Thought Davies was better than Trippier, but still can't cross for shit. Was probably the most forward iv'e seen him since the Rose injury.

Just so fucking happy for this victory!

COYS!
