I know of one of the Spurs Ladies team that actually frequents this site so dont be such a c*ck.

PS: Regarding the Soccerette, "ugly as fuck with fat legs and no curves", you mean this one?

You guys are unbelievably harsh. You need to realise that most women don't look like ones you see in pornos and Maxim.

Maybe you should post a pic of yourself before you comment so that the ladies could get a chance to comment on you  .

she looks alright there. face could do with some work though.. preferably with a hammer.

i dunno, she just looked really, really, really crap in the socerette clip, don;t you agree? I think our shirt was killing her "curves"? And the denim skirt? Eew. And she had black hair on the show, which is usually my fav, but looked crap on her. + she's too short for any real sex appeal.

I;m just saying... If I ran the club, I'd scout and only employ babes. I mean, lets face, the womens soccer scene is a joke right? So why not just get a bunch of hotties running around in stilettos and tight shorts?? Could be a revenue stream too!

Sort of like the Diva's in WWE. Works for them.

It's just.. When i saw this thread title, I though I would get wet at the sight of seeing my two fav things converged into one hot piece of ass: girls and tottenham.

sorry for my harshness. Im no brad pitt if its any consolation.

I read your post in jest until I read the highlighted piece. I actually disagree with you on that. Yes, its not as high profile as the male football, but then no other sport in the world is.

In addition, I happen to know quite a few female footballers who have amazing football skills and would embarress a large percentage of the male population. Women's football is actually a hell of a lot more agressive than Men's football (Don't believe me?, watch Chelsea Ladies v Arsenal Ladies!)

Its a growing sport and comments, be them in jest or ignorance, don't serve any purpose other to to show the backward mentality that some people have.

Not a personal attack on you Dynamo, but a lot of people have worked very hard to get where they are and I don't agree with ridiculing that.

i detract my words. i was just being my usual bigot self. though, personally, and this time, honestly, i don't actually see the womens football scene growing beyond where its at now... UNLESS, they were hotties running around in stilettos. Nobody wants to watch .. those kinda girls playing football... No offence to them or you.

No problem at all.

Its actually a funny thing you should say that. I was at a midweek game watching Chelsea v Arsenal (Ladies) at the Emirates and I believe the attendance was in excess of 6000. Apparently, the demand for tickets was around the 12000 mark but they didnt say any more because they would have required a police presence.

As with any sport, I know it will never be as big as the mens game but it still has a lot of room for development

With a nervy 2-1 win over Horley Town on Sunday, Tottenham Hotspur Ladies FC won the London and South-East Regional Women's Football League Premier Division title in front of a crowd of over 200 at the Frederick Knights Sports Ground.

Needing the three points to make sure those teams behind them with games in hand could not catch them, striker Rosi Webb rattled the post with an early shot and despite some tentative play, Jessie Richards gave the team a 1-0 lead ten minutes before the break with a speedy run past a square defence to slot the ball home.

Horley belied their second from bottom place in the table with a spirited performance that saw them worry Spurs with an equaliser five minutes after the interval, with two efforts bouncing back off the crossbar. However, strike partners Webb and Richards had opportunities to put the game back in Tottenham's favour, but they had to wait until Richards hooked home at the far post from a flicked on corner to make it 2-1.

Spurs saw out the remainder of the match without too many more nail-biting moments to take the championship with a great run of seven successive victories and only one league defeat since the start of December.

Senior squad manager June Clarke said, "The ladies have put in some hard work off the pitch in training and reaped the rewards with a great run-in to the end of the season. Some of the football they have played has been good to watch, but they have blended a steely determination to win games when they have been up against it, resulting in the success they achieved. We look forward to new challenges in the season ahead in a new league."

The fat, ugly bitches only went and did it!

What do they get promoted to, if anything? Still a long way off the proper Ladies' Premier League, which Arsenal Ladies always seem to win?
