You just know Arse will spank Southampton by 3+ too
they usually do.
I’d like to see Kulusevski brought into that position in the middle if 343 isn’t working.Honestly just think we struggled with their setup, had no space to play into all game and didn't know how to adapt, don't personally think we were leggy or tired even if it appeared as such.
It's the type of performance that makes me think a 3 in the middle with an Eriksen type figure has to be a target to at least be an option for us going forward. It goes all the way back to the issue of us struggling against a team that doesn't commit bodies onto us.
Well shut this faceIt’s nice looking forward to games again.
Let’s keep this momentum going!
Tbf, even if they'd beaten Saints with our goal difference it would still have been in our handsSouthampton got us out of trouble there - still in our hands - bad day at the office - COYS!
Very little margin for error. We have a bit more now. Most important thing now is to get a run of back to back wins together before playing Liverpool.Tbf, even if they'd beaten Saints with our goal difference it would still have been in our hands
Ronaldo is becoming a big problem for our top 4 dreams ?
He wins on his own, and well, we are Tottenham ?Lol...how so?

He’s intelligent enough and it really couldn’t have made things worse today.
But at the end of the day, you can’t have 8 or 9 outfield players not at the races, not showing enough desire not energy and that’s what happened today - regardless of position/tactics.
Guess I just find it hard to fathom how a performance like that resonates with an opportunity to go 6 points clear. Baffling.I just think the appearance of a lack of desire was a consequence of our struggles. We never really play like rabid animals or anything, it's always measured, passing around the back, stroking the ball around, using passing patterns, drawing players in and exposing gaps but Brighton set up in a way that didn't really allow any of that. I'm just not sure I buy that pretty much every single player just happened to not be at the races. Fully agree with the possible change in Kulusevski's position though for when we do struggle as we did today and it would be ideal to be able to shift the setup without having to make a substitution, so we can fluidly come in and out of it during a game.
Have to be able to change things in situations like today.
