Well, I’ve watched one highlight reel and since My Dog Skip was one of my favorite movies as a kid, I respectfully disagree.

I was going to write you a firmly worded dm contesting your opinion but I cant really disagree with someone who's favourite film was My Dog Skip so I concede that you are in fact correct. I shall now take the evening to sit in a dark corner and reevaluate my life choices.

Really glad we could avoid a long, drawn-out debate here and could find common ground over a lovely Jack Russell that had a life well-lived and really was the epitome of man's best friend.

I can see us going for Johnson much in the same way we got Sessegnon from fulham. A year in the prem then once they get relegated we swoop in. I do rate Johnson highly, he's very similar to Son.

Good news is it sounds like the needs identified by the club are aligning with what us fans think are needed (versatile forward, wingbacks, LCB, midfielder). That has not always been the case in the past, and if we can secure CL on Sunday, we're actually looking at approaching the summer with a clear plan that should really position ourselves well going into a new season, for once.

I think a douse of realism is needed alongside the optimism.

CL obviously means we can secure better players. The conte factor and the stadium also help our pull. But we still won’t go toe to toe with established CL teams. If a player has a choice of real Man City, athletico or us. Many a time it won’t be us.
It doesn’t mean we will be pole position for some non super stars. But awesome players though. Here’s hoping!

Antonio Conte will earn a £2.5M bonus should he secure CL qualification with Tottenham this season.

Tottenham believe securing CL qualification will persuade Antonio Conte to remain at the club. The club also have a clause to extend his contract by a further one year.

Antonio Conte would like at least six signings, including three defenders, a midfielder and a forward, to arrive before the club’s tour to South Korea in July.

Conte wants to offload about eight players, including Sergio Reguilón, Emerson Royal, Steven Bergwijn, Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele.

Spurs are monitoring Youri Tielemans and Christian Eriksen before potential moves, both players have indicated that they want to play CL football next season.
