If we stay with our current midfield two they'll score.

Mason is on a yellow and isn't having his best game. could be an option to bring off

Would sacrifice Soldado as having two strikers on the pitch isn't occupying their back four enough to justify it.

Bring on Stambouli, should relish the competitive edge and help beef up the midfield

Agree in theory but subbing Soldado would be yet another kick in the teeth for him.

His positioning has been spot on. He has prevented Bony 2 or 3 chances.

You do realise he's the tall flat footed one don't you?

I think he's playing poorly. Out of position and has given the ball away pretty much everytime he's had it. Even when not under pressure.

You're not confusing him with Lloris are you?

Stambouli or Soldado for me. Push Mason on.

Swapping Chadli for Lamela would be madness. At least Erik is working hard. Remember that sub against Palace?

Why do they keep going on about Harry Kane not being the tallest? He's 6 foot 2!

I like Mason and been a big fan. Him and Bentaleb aren't working well today and Mason has been worse than Bentaleb. You say show some support but you've just done the same as I have to Lamela?

I tried to explain to you that I was a fan of Lamela to, but you didn't want to know...so why's it different for you?

I think he's been poor and I've never said that before, yet you lumped me in with the brigade who can't wait to criticize - which is not the case. I've defended him a lot.

But we nearly conceded due to a mistake of his. Don't translate that to mean I can't wait to jump on his back, couldn't be further from the truth. But its about time he started showing a bit more in game intelligence and robustness.

I don't understand how Fazio is being made out to being poor. He has 1 tackle, 4 clearances, 2 interceptions and 1 blocked shot. Is the problem that he isn't a vertonghen type who carries the ball up the field?! He is playing very well defensively. He is doing his job very well and staying tight on his marks.

Before anyone blames the conditions for the way our game deteriorated, both teams are having to deal with the rain and slippery pitch.
