True, but I would disagree that it is on the coach. Players need to fight for each other. They need to believe in each other. Only so much of that can be put on the coach. We are devoid of a leader in this squad that will push his teammates in the right direction.

Bony has been excellent - bossed our defenders and caused us trouble everytime the ball has been near him (not to mention scoring the goal that got them back on terms

BUT....... he's also been very wasteful and missed clear cut chances as well as misplacing passes at key times that he could very easily have put this game out of sight for them (in fact he SHOULD have put this game out of sight)
