Personally don't see the need to tell about our injuries and recovery schedule to the public, but as for Lamela - should they tell this to the public (from COYS, taken from our match thread, posted by TheAmerican there):
I did indeed see this (good whoring again @TheAmerican ) but considering he is our record signing the lack of information surrounding his whereabouts speaks volumes to me.

then we'd just be offensively weak instead.

We weren't exactly offensively strong yesterday. When compared to one of best performances this season. Scoring 3 away at Swansea with Eriksen dictating things in the middle and Chadli operating on the left of a front 3.

Where they not kind of interchanging quite a bit?

Well, Chadli it is then and no blame for manager if he performs badly?
I didn't blame Sherwood for playing him against Swansea so I won't attribute any blame for picking him against Everton - I will commend him and you can quote me on that one!
No to me, what should I read from the silence?
You don't think it's ever so slightly odd?

To me it's slightly puzzling that there has been regular updates about the fitness of the likes of Vertonghen, Paulinho and Townsend, but virtually nothing regarding Lamela. One of the team news updates on the OS recently didn't even mention him as still being unavailable.

i just want us to pick a side with 2 natural wingers and Eriksen playing through the middle. no doubt it will be Eriksen or siggy left again though.

EDIT- ideally without playing the woefully out of form lennon.

There was also silence on couple of other injuries and as you mentioned Townsend, also with him since he was taken off at that U21 game.

So who are those natural wingers with Lennon on the bench?

Well at the moment that's not actually possible.

The front 3 or Chadli/Eriksen? Either way, Chadli nominally was on the left without the ball.

Would have to watch it again actually. I know on the ball when the shape and movement is fluid they were taking up different positions - obviously.

But yeah you're probably right, Chadli's default position was on the left of the front three.

So there is super top 3 clubs - Man City , Chelsea and Arsenal , we have to battle with Everton , Liverpool and Man United for the last spot for Champions League. So if we fail vs Everton i think all is over.So the players we SHOULDN'T use for the next match are - Soldado , Dawson and Rose.

Not sure what Chadli has done to deserve a place in the starting line up.

Even speaking as a Lennon fan I agree he's been poor the last few games but until Lamela and/or Townsend are fit he stays in the team for me.

Surely Sandro is ready to be on the bench at least for this one. We could do with him to keep Barkley in his pocket.

i would say if you watched Lennon against Hull and hadn't seen him before you think he had a free role rather than was actually on the wing, do take your point though, I just think we have an awfully unbalanced squad of players that would all prefer to play centrally given the choice.

There have been features on the OS about Sandro, Paulinho and Vertonghen after the West Ham friendly, as well as 'Tim delighted as quartet return' and 'Andros back for U21s' (against Newcastle). There was no mention of Lamela in the team news prior to both Swansea and Palace games, the latter being only four days after he played and scored in a training ground friendly with Charlton. Like I said, you'd have thought our official website would be more forthcoming with information about our second most expensive signing.
