If Dier and Winks are out do we risk a half crocked Wanyama or should we go with Skipp or maybe even Foyth. One thing's for sure, I don't want to wee Eriksen pussying out of challenges in the middle of the park like he has done lately.

Drop Ali back in there.

As long as he cuts out the nutmegs and other crap that can cough up possession.

Agree. He’s done it before though, particularly in some of our CL games and it’s not like we have a Dembele or Modric to play there in his place.

Spurs injury news: Eric Dier (hip flexor) and Harry Winks (groin) – continuing on-field rehabilitation and unavailable for selection this weekend. Serge Aurier (hamstring) – injury sustained on international duty and is currently undergoing assessment.

This season has been awful with injuries and options in CM. I’m surprised we’re still 3rd considering

Maybe it's time to give Foyth a chance in DM? Big ask for Skipp and Wanyama looks so ropey this season. Sissoko can't play as a holding midfielder IMO, and I don't like the idea of Sissoko and Dele/Eriksen in a two. Poch has real issues here. I wonder if he'll consider a back 3 but then he probably needs to bench one of Son/Dele/Eriksen.

The decision to let Dembele leave looks ridiculous right now.

I'd go with:

Lloris

Verts
Sanchez
Toby

Rose
Trippier

Sissoko
Eriksen
Alli

Son
Kane

If Wanyama, Trippier and Davies are all in the starting line up then we have no shot. Have to play Rose and a midfield 3 of Dele, Eriksen & Sissoko.

Lloris
Aurier Alderweireld Vertonghen Rose
Winks Sissoko
Lamela Eriksen Son
Kane

Trippier and Foyth in for Winks and Aurier if they can't play.

We’re so fucked without Winks.

Why did they sell Dembele and not replace him?

We’re just going to get smashed in the middle of the park again.

I assume Poch will go 3 at CB again but I'd personally prefer to see us go 4-3-3

Hugo
Trippier Toby Jan Rose
Wanyama Eriksen Sissoko
Alli Kane Son

Ultimately we don't have many options at all in CM, I expect we'll go:

Hugo
Toby Sanchez Jan
Trippier Wanyama Sissoko Rose
Eriksen Alli
Kane

Son off the bench is a good weapon to have and personally feel he'll do better in that role as it's not been working with him and Kane together lately.

Physioroom states that Dier, Winks are out and Aurier is a major doubt.

Yet TAA trained for Liverpool yesterday, miraculously. Mugged ourselves off again with the international break.

Jurgen Klopp will welcome the international break being over as he gets his Liverpool squad all geared up for the final run-in - “I think it is the first time everyone came back healthy”.

Yeah because you pulled them all out pretending they were injured

I love Klopp’s explanation of TAA’s “injury”. Apparently he just needed a bit of Freddie Mercury in his life.

“It is a strange one, it’s not an obvious injury that you can say something is broke or whatever, it’s just a bit annoying actually that he cannot feel really free."

Wanyama should be nowhere near the starting line up. Think we might need to utilise one of our CB's further up

I suspect we may go 5-4-1 as we did against Dortmund. Davies played very well that night. Rose had a nightmare against Southampton.
Lloris
Aurier ( if fit) , Sanchez, Toby, Jan, Davies
Eriksen, Dele, Sissoko, Son
Kane
