Doubt he'll change much. We have a week off after this game, finally. Couple of players I'd give games to just to keep fit. Chadli give at least 30mins so hopefully ready for Arsenal game.

Lloris
Walker Fazio Vertonghen Rose
Stambouli Mason
Townsend Dembele Eriksen
Kane

Subs: Vorm, Chiriches, Dier, Paulinho, Lamela, Chadli, Soldado

...Dier should start over Fazio...
...Rose should start over Davies...
...Dembele should start at the 10...
...Lamela should be left at the training ground...

Stambouli Mason
Lamela Dembele Eriksen
Kane

Subs: Vorm, Fazio, Rose, Capoue, Townsend, Chadli, Adebayor
Dier should keep his place.
Walker is literally in last chance saloon.
Left back is a tricky selection. My opinion is that away from home Davies plays, whilst Rose plays home games. Poch seems to rotate them game by game though, so I presume Rose will start...
Wouldn't touch the rest of the team, risky after a tricky game in midweek but the selection did well, may as well see what it can do in the league.

My XI

Lloris,
Walker, Fazio, Vertonghen, Rose
Mason, Dembele,
Lamela, Eriksen, Chadli
Kane

Chadli (7), Eriksen (8) & Kane (7) are our 3 best goal scorers, so are my automatic picks. Lloris, Mason, Veronghen, Walker pick themselves.

Lamela, Fazio, Rose & Dembele have done enough over Andros, Dier, Davies, Stambouli to be picked up.

Stambouli Vs Dembele was tough but given we play WBA, I would take a chance of going a bit more open.

As good as Chad has been, remember that they have just appointed Pulis so this is going to be like playing Stroke except extra determined not to concede. So I would play both Lamela AND Townsend from the start and switch them over a few times in the hope that they can bamboozle and create something

I think a lot of people are assuming this will be a typical away game where they come at us and best footballing side wins. We will do well to score more than once

Both Lamela & Townsend have only been avg this season. On other hand, Chadli has been really good & more importantly consistent than both of them. He is my first pick among 3

I would keep Dembele in a forward role and therefore keep Stambouli next to Mason. I still didn't think Lamela did enough to keep his place.

Mason, Stambouli,
Dembele, Eriksen, Chadli

Assuming Mason is not suspended:

Lloris
Chiriches Fazio Verts Rose
Mason Stambouli
Lamela Dembele Eriksen
Kane

Subs: Vorm Dier Walker Chadli Soldado Townsend Paulinho
Great to feel we are starting to pick players easily now eh? Stambo has taken on the role of dm, Mason or Bentaleb to partner him. Kane Eriksen Fazio Lloris all basically certain picks, but still competition from Dier and Chadli and then Rose seems to be proving himself at lb.
Now all of a sudden, dembele seems set free by a solid Stambo and Mason partnership behind him and we may have just found our number 10, meaning Kane can stay at 9 and Eriksen on the left. The only real weak or unsettled areas are down our right side and I'm hoping lamela will grow into his role at rw. Walker is our only real out of form player ATM and I genuinely feel safer with chiriches or Dier at right back.

it amazes me how the yellow cards rule still confuses fans. it's been the same since forever. if you get 5 before the new year you get a one game ban, after that the limit is increased to 10 yellows which brings a two game ban(the 5 limit no longer counts) and once we reach some time in april the limit is lifted to 15 yellows which results in a three game ban(the 10 limit no longer counts).

Correct but as I say this will be very very tight going forward and we want players who can create something from nothing

So how do we know when they got their fifth or sixth? Is there a log kept somewhere?
Mason has 6
Stambo and Davies have 5...

None of them seem to be on the fa suspension list, so must have got numbers 5 & 6 post Christmas, which is handy.

In which case, Chadli is the best bet. He is much more likely to score than either of them and has a better assist rate.

I'd throw Chadli straight in there.
