It's important to rotate players especially when you have ones who can come in and do well. Look at Sir Alex, he never played the same exact team in back to back games.
Alli needs game time he doesn't do well unless he gets lots of minutes on the pitch. He is the kind of player you might not see a lot of but then he will pop up with a goal and assists. Needs to play today for me.

I think we'll see an increase in rotation this season. Last year we had a pretty definite first eleven with only the FBs being rotated. But today I expect at least three changes to the team from mid week. Probably Trippier, Winks or Sissoko and Dele coming into the team, and possibly a start for Llorente
i think just dele and trippier and that's it for changes.

Haha do you really think it would have been much different if we had the same team as against Dortmund? It was an all-around lethargic attitude devoid of any urgency today. Not just by those brought in who didn't play on Wednesday but also from those who did. Rotation isn't why we lost.
