It is not weird at all that no one has mentioned Fazio on our side. Same thing happened with Dier(unless Ali Z confused Lascalles with him) and Yedlin(until Twellman blew the load on it and everyone followed suit). Seems pretty nailed on fazio will be joining.

Carroll off to Swansea(hope its a good loan after being screwed by poor loan after poor loan in the past) and Dawson having a choice between West Ham, Hull and QPR(please choose one) seems like good news for us since we need to shift players.

Good luck to Carroll.
Notable again how absent any ITK was on it.

To be fair....we haven't had a ton of ITK on any of the player going out on loan. Archer, McEvoy, Pritch and Shaq....not sure we got anything more than "looking to put youngsters on loan".

It does sound like our powers of be are all locked away working on deals in a tight little members only crew doesn't it - Levy is our version of Gus from Breaking bad, Poch is Al Capone and Franco is himself (and I thank them greatly for kicking out Mickey bloody blues Sherwood)

I like this new hear last minute about the deal setup - Well naughty!

If we get any more Argies in I vote we go for that whole ticker-tape reception thing that we had going on for Ardiles and Villa.
Are you sure its not a the beginnings of a big plot to pay down the Argie national debt.

Seville have pulled Fazio out of their La Liga opener. Points at stake.
Fair to say, we have an agreement with the club and the player is happy to go.

Musacchio was pulled out a friendly. A world of difference.

I think Musacchio played last night.

So we have Seville saying Fazio is flying into London to sign with us (and the other club is always our best ITK) yet he trained with them today. And we have JJ saying no.

The one thing I will say about Fazio is that if my count is right, he takes us to 17 non-HGP (the limit). And we are still linked with a few more players. For every one of these we have to move a non-HGO player (not due to wages but due to limitations).

I think the Fazio speculation may be a final push to get some movement on the Mussachio situation.

You are not counting Ekotto in that number I take it?
