Guys down the gym rate that Appolagies kid higher than anyone.

Lamela's dribbling style reminds me of a deer at times. Bolasie reminds me of a deer with Tourette's being electrocuted. I don't want him or rate him, he's 26 and if we did buy him I'd seriously wonder what our new recruitment objectives are. He's not one for the future, he's hitting his peak and I don't think his peak is good enough for where we want to get to.

A few years ago he scored the winner against Chelsea in the CL

He's capable for sure, has pace and is dangerous (though against us in Florence Gary Doherty would have looked dangerous)

I am not sure if he is consistent enough and I'm not sure he will work hard enough to press from the front and cover the full back behind him

I cannot stress enough how important it is to sign only players that will not only improve our team/squad but also players that are enthusiastic about playing for our club and their footballing future - not mercenaries.

Normally this means players who are still on their way 'up' and see our club as the perfect way to develop (like wimmer) rather than players like Ade or remy

The reason I say this is that I want players who choose us as the team to sign for not because we offer more money, but because we offer them the best chance of developing and achieving something!

I believe this type of player is what poch and co are looking at and this is probably why some players we believe that we should be looking at are maybe not under consideration!
